Estrogen in Soy

Before you worry about your testosterone levels, you need to get your Estradiol

levels down.

Soy has a lot of estrogen in it. You need to cut out any soy products in your

diet as much as possible.

Are you overweight? Adipose (fat) tissue has an enzyme called aromatase which

converts tesosterone to estradiol. Exercise and diet will help reduct this

conversion. Arimidex (anastrazole) can help too.

It is an aromatase inhibitor.

You need to find a good HRT Doc

If you are in northeastern USA or willing to travel then feel free to contact me

for a Dr who is good and willing to listen.

Excessive soy will lower not only testoseterone, but also your thyroid due to

binding to iodine which americans are low to begin with.
