Hi,

When I got to 60, 1991, my performance had been gradually eroding to

the point sex was not good for either of us. Frequently the erection

would not last even though both of us could succeed if I stayed erect.

When tested my remaining testicle was being sent the message hormone

to produce more and it wouldn't. I no longer had a source of

testosterone and started TRT using pellets as there was no creams or

ointments then.

In a couple of weeks my erections began to be easy and long lasting

and I thought I was cured. After 6 or so weeks the performance faded

away. My ED returned just as bad as before. Dr. said this was typical

of ramping up my T and my body was responding in this way. He said

once my T level stabilized at the new high level the free ride was over.

My T level was great now, 800+, and I felt great. Mental agility and

endurance went way up. I still felt great and my brain gave me a shock

when a dress blew up or a woman bounced a little on the steps.

Erections would not happen.

I found Dr. Irwin Goldstein, Boston Univ., 1992, and started TRIMIX

injection therapy and got my cure which still works well today.

I think you are right perhaps for men under maybe 60 but there seems

to me to be an age where T level is not the fix for ED.

Age related ED is supposed to be real where the nerves for erections

get damaged enough to fail. Pills now extend that boundary. Other

nerve problems like smell, taste, numb feet also are symptoms of nerve

damage. Eventually nerves required for ejaculation fail in many or

most men before they die. Not much about this around on this web site

though.

I'm no expert here.

Hi,

Time to confess again. After enjoying TRT for several years I also had

erect and sensitive nipple on my left breast and weeping. Without

revealing my being on hormone therapy, my GP doctor felt is was

necessary to remove the " breast bud " beneath my nipple. I went ahead

and had it removed just in case TRT was going to cause me cancer.

Tissue was tested and was benign.

About 7 years later with another doctor the other breast developed the

same symptom. Again I went with the doctor and had the same procedure.

Again the tissue was tested benign.

I was not left disfigured at all.

I do not know what caused this to happen but felt it was related to my

high T level in some way.

If you have this happen, you will have to make up your mind what to do

also.

I wanted to continue with TRT real bad.

  • 1 year later...

Ialso have had itchy breasts - and burning . . . . after several test and changes in diet, etc the docs found a cyst and a few spots . . . I had the cyst aspirated and other tests done - and the itching and burning have now stopped. don't know what I did or did not do as far as diet as I have always eaten well . . . I am assuming it was just the cyst.

Itchy breast

I have noticed the nipple of my right breast seems rather itchy, lately. I do have large fibrocystic breasts as well as large uterine fibroids. My breast have increased in size and I have gained weight. The weight gain can be due to diet ( chocolate fundge brownie ice cream!), but still...

What do you think may be causing the itchiness in ther breast? Is this a detox reaction?

Remember that taking a bath for 20 mins in very warm water with 1 cup of Epsom Salt and 1 Cup Hydrogen Peroxide will help in detoxing through the skin.

I have fibrocystic breasts in both breasts. I noticed the itching in the righ breast at the nipple area. It has gone away, but I found it interesting. I also mentioned earlier that I noticed an increase in the size and also they seems a lot softer. Overall I have gained weight but it could be do to a bit of lethargy and poor eating habits. I was just hoping that the iodine would help me to lose weight. I am used to eating snacks and "getting away" with it.

My nipples used to itch on and off, that actually had been going on for years, someone told me that diabetic women sometimes have a lot of itching but at that time that was ruled out. I once did a Google search and discovered that lots of women suffered from that but their doctors had no clue and no one in the different forums that I saw had an answer, which was a little discouraging. However, this year I finally found MY answer: the itching was related to fungus. I discovered this when I ditched sugar in April and after that began ousting from my diet most myco-toxic foods and taking natural antifungals. The breast itching along with vaginal and ear canal disappeared after a few weeks and only the vaginal or ear canal returned whenever I cheated on the sugar.I very recently began taking estradiol again because I just couldn't stand my hot flashes which got aggravated when I started painting my skin with iodine (so whoever said you don't absorb much that way, think again!), and within a week or less some of the itching returned. I then remembered having read that estrogen "feeds" Candida/fungus (and a search quickly confirmed that...). I immediately backed off to a smaller dosage, resumed the use of a progesterone cream, taking iodine, and clove oil as an antifungal and things are going back to normal again (whew!).All this ties in together with breast problems, even cancer; when someone doesn't take enough iodine, if there is fungus "hiding" in breast tissue it can quietly develop lumps, growths and tumors as it's being "bathed" by estrogen. Conversely, when iodine is supplemented, since it not only keeps estrogen in check but kills the fungus itself AND causes apoptosis of abnormal tissues, well, the growths begin to dissolve. So Angie, please work on fixing your diet ASAP and maybe try a natural antifungal too and very likely most of those problems you mentioned will begin to resolve themselves, even the weight gain. I've lost 10 lbs. since April even though my "diet" has not been perfect, I know it's not much, especially when I've dropped 10 lbs. in one month or less, even without diet or exercise, when I've been away from home, but it's something considering that I could not lose an ounce to save my soul when at home, particularly when sleeping during the day.Sincerely,Raquel>> I have noticed the nipple of my right breast seems rather itchy, lately.
