Guest guest
SWG, Pardon the confusion...but why would anyone want to subject his (or her) body to unnecessary surgery? I've had one testicle removed and the other disabled by surgery and trust me, it isn't something I'd want to see anyone have to do. I had 2 surgeries. They weren't difficult. Had no problems and healed fast. Low T is what's caused all the trouble all these years. I never did have ED caused by T less than 200 but I lost morning erections...as in I haven't had them in 10 years. The surgeon offered to place a silicone testicle in to keep Big Jim and his cousin company but I declined. If they had actually taken the second one I probably would have. PS, they come in 4 sizes...LOL! The Doc showed me and the wife the variety of sizes available. I could be hangin to my knees! My advise, if they aren't presenting a health problem don't subject your body to surgery. It's ultimately up to you though. (fire56)
Guest guest
I feel it is the same as being on TRT your testis stop working and that is how it feels. But you need to add HCG and when you feel them come back then you will know what I am talking about. Guest guest
With the advent of HCG, I would see if they produced anything first. Even if they produce on some reduced level, in my mind, that is better than removing them. I don't think we fully understand all that the testicles do for us. On the otherhand, if an individual has medical issues (testicular cancer) then removal is appropriate and some men opt to have a prostetic inserted so that you physically still look like you have testicles. My opinion bottom line - its not the best thing to do unless you have to. Assuming you stay on HRT and erections are already working you should not see a difference. Ditto orgasm. I spoke to my Doctor about my Shrinking set and asked about Clomid or HCG to restore them. My Doctor felt that these treatments were not healthy for long term use and suggested seeing a urologist or cosmetic surgeon about implants if this bothered me. I'm still mulling it over. Tell me what you think?

I'm considering it but I admit the reason is mostly vanity. My " set " has shrunk and getting smaller as time goes by. My Doctor thinks long term use of HCG or Clomid is unhealty and for this reason alone? Guest guest
I should add that I do have some issues with pain. That said " Vanity " is a big part of the problem. They are small enough to hide upside quite a bit which I'm told is not healthy either. > > SWG, > > Pardon the confusion...but why would anyone want > to subject his (or her) body to unnecessary surgery? > I've had one testicle removed and the other disabled > by surgery and trust me, it isn't something I'd want > to see anyone have to do. Guest guest
I think your Dr. is terrible maybe he is one of them that all he knows is what the drug reps tell him. All you need is a low does 2 days a week if on shots of T to bring your testis back. And did you know there are many cells and receptors in the body and your mind that are not being stimulated with your HTPA - suppressed being on TRT. Ask him if he would have his nuts cut off there are just to many men on HCG some only do HCG and have for yrs. No problems. Can I sell you a bridge or a high rise. Don't buy into this crap. First try HCG and when you feel you testis comming back then make up your mind. I have been on TRT for over 22 yrs last yr I add HCG to my TRT and my testis came back from dam near nothing. Guest guest
Dr. Harold offers a implant procedure that does not remove the testes. http://www.penisdoctor.com/testicular.htm Brad > > > Pardon the confusion...but why would anyone want > > to subject his (or her) body to unnecessary surgery? > > I'm considering it but I admit the reason is mostly vanity. Guest guest
, No post surgery horror stories to tell. I have a wife who just knows how to manage pain and edema without drugs so well that it just wasn't a problem. Within 24 hours of each I was at a chemical spill handling the command center. Odd that after each surgery there was a chemical spill...very scary! The one remaining testicle I have is pretty small but the sack is still the same size. Kind of like a half empty marble sack! I'm not concerned. Not that I Haven't been...I'm just not anymore. The only post treatment issues I have had have been related to low T. That's been a horror story all by itself. fire56 ()
