What happens if I miss 2 injections and my total T shows it's dropping!

I had a lab test two weeks ago last Thursday and skipped my Friday

injection as my doc wanted to see how the " T " injections were doing.

Well, THAT showed it being in the 1400 range (total " T " .) I skiped

THAT Friday injection and should have had one this week but due to the

birth of my docs new son, he totally took the entire week off and I

have to skip another injection. I did do a lab last week and my

total " T " went from 1400-something to 500-something! It took a nose

dive in 6 days. Waiting until next week for an injection isn't the

greatest because I can tell my depression is returning, libido is

slipping and I could go on...

Of course the nurses don't want to call him at home but I have his

home number. Should I call him or do you think waiting until sometime

next week will be fine as long as I don't kill anyone?
