Guest guest
Elliot what is your E2 have you had it tested. I don't know of anything that will make my penis last longer with a harder erection that is sold otc. I have much better luck taking Cialis every 72 hrs and it also keeps my BP down. I don't take anything with out my Dr. knowing about it. It is not safe to take anything to lower E2 unless you are tested and know it is to high. Phil Elliot <elliotbkr@...> wrote: " Trimethylglycine TMG (also known as betaine), and Dimethylglycine DMG, are methyl donors that help in the production of several brain chemicals and hence improve mood, energy, wellbeing, alertness, concentration, and visual clarity. " Does TMG actually improve those primary elements above? If so, how much is the brain more improved? Good for the heart and liver as well? Does Muira Puma improve Libido? Does it allow a man to last longer with a harder erection? Is it safe to take DIM along with Arimidex to lower Estrogen? If your LH (17.59) FSH (15.34) Prolactin (5.98)-I think it's normal, is high what can be discuss in lowering those levels? All information is appreciated. Guest guest
I take Indolplex/DIM and Arimidex to keep my E2 down so yes it is safe as long as your not going to low. As for your penis it will work a lot better just getting you E2 down. I don't feel you need to do both like me I am on a lot of T meds and do HCG to get my levels up to where I feel best. As for you one or the other will work fine. http://www.medibolics.com/ArimidexBoostsTestosterone.htm If you need more info let me know what you need and I will try to get it for you. I do have other concerns. What role does TMG play in combating primary hypogonadism? Is it strictly for memory and mental well being? I take Ginseng herbal pills for mental well being, is that good? I would like to take TMG for memory and focusness, Muira Puama and Tribulus for libido, and Zinc for prostate. Since we both have primary hypogonadism, can you tell me how much doses are you taking for HCG? This can be helpful so I can inform my Endocrinologist next week. I read numerous times that Androgel is the same as taking injections. I'm just thinking if I should get off it, or wait and start HCG and Arimidex or DIM. It's important sir for me to combat this. All my life until now, I've been precluded at learning, sports, focusness, career, relationships, etc I am asking alot of questions because I didnt think I had support, other males that understand what Im going thru and how the side effects can really mess your life up if not treated. Thanks once again for the information and future information. __________________________________ for Good - Make a difference this year. http://brand./cybergivingweek2005/
Guest guest
First call me Phil and the TMG is taken when one uses DIM to get there E2 Estradiol down it seams that taking DIM converts Estradiol into good Estrogens but for some men there Estradiol goes down but there Total Estrogen goes up so taking TMG helps the liver get rid of some of the bad Estrogens that are converted from using DIM. As for Muira Puama and Tribulus it never worked for me did nothing Ginseng made my BP go up it is a waste of money. Zinc with copper is good. I take this it has the copper in it zinc lowers copper. So for every 50 mgs. of Zinc one needs to take 2 mgs. of copper with it. http://www.myvitanet.com/zincop100cnt.html If you try the Indolplex/DIM I use this one I know it works. http://www.ritecare.com/prodsheets/PHY-15336.html Also you can try Maca to help keep your hormones leveled off. Here is a cut and paste from " invest99_2000 on Maca. The following is some info I sent someone recently. Maca was shown not to increase T in scientific experiments. Maca stimulates the adrenals to produce it's own cortisol and DHEA and probably a few other hormones as well. Since Maca is a food, it has to be taken in much larger doses than what is recommended on some products found in Health Food stores. I was doing great on 3 compacted level teaspoons(using a measuring teaspoon), which is the approximate dose that most people find benefit at. Maca is expensive at this dosage if purchased from a health food store and so it is best to purchase it in bulk 1kg packages, which actually turns out to be quite cheap. This is a website by a lady that uses Maca and she provides good information and dosing instructions as well: http://allaboutmaca.dreamstation.com/ This website sells Maca in bulk at the best prices I've seen: http://www.therootofthematter.ca/cgi-bin/itsmy/go.exe? page=1 & domain=12 & webdir=therootofthematter The following is an excerpt from a doctor that personally uses Maca for adrenal function: " Henry Campanile, MD., offers Adrenal Balancing Maca root In keeping with its mode of acting through the hypothalamus and pituitary, maca has a balancing and nourishing effect on the adrenal glands. Henry Campanile, MD, a 50-year old specialist in internal and family/complementary medicine practising in Florida states: " I happen to have been born with only one adrenal gland just like my father. I started taking cortisone in my late twenties to relieve the fatigue which I was already feeling. Knowing the dangers of long term cortisone use, I looked around for an alternative, and this circumstance is what got me interested in complementary medicine. I started using pregnenelone about 10 years ago and it has been fairly satisfactory. But one of my patients told me about Maca and I started taking it about a month ago. It is phenomenal! I haven't felt this good since I was 20 years old. I have so much energy and look so well, my patients have remarked on it and told me how rested I seem. I've got so much energy now, that I've started an exercise program " . After trying it on himself, Dr Campanile began using maca with his patients. My first patient to take maca capsules was experiencing hot flashes and other menopausal symptoms. She started feeling much better after using this herb for only four days. I'm also employing it with patients who have a low adrenal function. " " The following are informational links for Maca: http://www.imperialgoldmaca.com/nutritional_value.htm http://www.medicine-plants.com/articles/145/ http://health.discovery.com/centers/sex/libido/maca.html http://www.rain-tree.com/maca.htm http://www.maca-miracle.com/maca_composition.html http://www.macaroot.com/science/hormone.html I hope this helps. Feel free to ask should you have any questions, I'd be glad to help. If you go to this site at Dr. 's I follow his treatment protocol read TRT: A Recipe for Success and his HCG Update. You can take 250 IU's of HCG every 3 days on Androgel and a lot of men are doing dam good on this. http://www.allthingsmale.com/ I printed this out and showed it to my Dr. the first of this yr. and told him I needed to try this he read it an said OK. You can try doing the same thing with your Dr. HCG will make the cells that are not working along with your testis to make Testosterone and other horomones. I get a feeling of well being after taking my shot. Here is some links on E2 Estardiol. http://www.smart-drugs.com/ias-estrogen.htm http://www.lef.org/protocols/prtcls-txt/t-prtcl-130.html And a good link on HCG. http://jcem.endojournals.org/cgi/content/abstract/90/5/2595 As for your feeling better I would get some DIM and use the one I use. Take one pill a day after dinner and see if your libido come up keep taking it but if your libido goes down stop using it until it comes back then go back on it but take less of a dose cut it in half.
