Guest guest
When I do decide to give my self T injections (i dont do them regulary),they leave me with terrible charlie horses and the pain when inserting the needle into my thigh is almost unbearable. I only do this when i dont have anyone else to inject it into my ventrogluteal (which is painless to me). Im guessing the pain in my leg is the result from lipodystrophy (chronic wasting away of fat tissue) as well as muscle atrophy. Any suggestions on self-injecting?
