Hi nne ::: waves ::: Welcome! Welcome!

Keeping it ultra simple here...

The #1 easiest thing to do on this program is to take a teaspoon of

coconut oil a day. It fills you up, kills yeast, is highly nutritious,

cleanses the organs and gives an energy boost.

The 2nd easiest thing is to boil some eggs and fix a roasted chicken

for between meal snacks.

The 3rd easiest is cut up some cabbage, brocolli or colliflower for

salad or to steam with meals until you figure out the veggies.

The 4th easiest - eat more frequent snacks & meals. (Hunger is our enemy)

The 5th easiest thing to do is make a pot of `pau de arco' tea to sip

for a beverage. It comes in bags or in bulk at any health store.

The 6th is leave the bun off your hamburger when you go out or just

order steak and eggs or the lobster with steamed brocolli/colliflower. :b

and 7th is, take a walk. :)

Good Fats: coconut oil, butter, meat fats and a little extra virgin

olive oil.

Avoid: sugar, stuff in cans, cheese, fruit, potatoes, carrots, grains,

beans, nuts and processed foods like cereals, french fries and cheetoes.

Other stuff you can do are:

Replace each bad food with something good. For instance replace candy

with ghee. Take a teaspoon of ghee instead. Just buy some at the store

or Melt butter, scoop off the foam and pour the melted butter into a

jar to keep in the fridge.

The benefits are tremendous! Before I started this program I had two

bleeding conditions that threatened my life whenever I did physical

work. I was gaining 2 pounds a week. I slept all the time. I was in

terrible pain in all my joints to where I had to use a wheel chair. I

found myself in the doctors office every week. I was unable to work. I

couldn't remember anything to the point that I gave up all my finances

to my hubby. All of these have reversed themselves! :D nh does happy

dance!

Good luck wit it!

==>Hi. What is your name please? Welcome to our group. I see that

our moderators have been helping you. I do not have candida at this

time. I cured my candida in the mid 1980s. The program everyone

follows on this group is in my article " How to Successfully Overcome

Candida " which was sent to you when you joined. It is the basis of

this group. Please read it so you can join in on discussions and ask

appropriate questions.

==>Hi There. Welcome to our group. What is your name please? Also may

I ask that you put your name at the end of your messages so our blind

member, Maddalena, knows when to stop listening. Thanks so much.

==>Even babies have candida which usually starts before they are born,

so 19 is not so young to have candida. Nowadays I believe most people

have candida because of such poor nutrition and toxins from the food

and agricultural industries, environmental toxins, toxins in our

cleaning supplies, personal care products, candles, disinfectants,

medical drugs and treatments, etc., etc.

==>Candida is related to HIV, diabetes, and many many other diseases

and malfunctions of the body. There's a list in our Candida Symptoms

folder (in our files on the left menu). But the most important thing

is the diet and supplements which give the body what it needs to heal.

Please read my article sent to you when you joined 'How to Successfully

Overcome Candida " - it is also in the 1st Folder in our Files. You

need to understand about foods, which are damaging and which are good,

and why so you know what to do to help yourself. After reading and

learning please get back to us with questions and concerns. We're here

to help and support you.

==>There is hope my friend, and because you are so young it won't take

as long as for those who are much older. This diet and supplements

will set you up for life-long health, if you follow it's main

principles. You can get well again, and not have to be sick any more.

+++Hi Tiziana. Welcome to our group. You have certainly found the

right information for curing your candida. Many members of this

group have been successful, and they have also cured many other

health problems as well as candida. That's why I called my website

Healing Naturally by Bee: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/

The first place to start is by reading and learning, so you

understand what you need to do and why. Start with these two

articles:

How to Successfully Overcome Candida

Curing Candida, How to Get Started

They are both on my website in this section:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/candida/index.php

After that you can print out handy food and supplements lists and

start on the diet, etc. following Curing Candida, How to Get Started.

For encouragement see these fantastic Success Stories:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/success/index.php

After reading please get back to us for help and support, and to

answer any questions the articles did not answer.

Hi There,

Welcome to our group of candida warriors! Is your name Michele? We

like to go by first names on this forum so that we know who is who.

It's difficult to remember people by their email addresses.

You are absolutely right - most doctors know nothing about candida

overgrowth, let alone how to heal it. The dietician I had to go to

said to me she had never heard of using food to heal the body. How

ridiculous is that?!!

Did you know that the only way to heal candida is by building up the

immune system by eating good, unadulterated foods? Candida can't

be 'killed off' like many would have us believe. That is why diet is

the most important tactic for getting you healthy again.

You say you've been following an anti-candida diet, but how long have

you been following Bee's program? Her program is quite unique in

that it doesn't include many of the foods that other anti-candida

diets do and it includes good fats which are very necessary for

healing and nourishing the body. Many are also antifungal which

helps as well. This is why many people have success on her program

more so than on others.

So, to answer your questions:

1) Is it okay to not eat any grains?

It is very okay not to eat grains. In fact, they are not

recommended. For one thing, they will feed the candida and for

another thing they are very hard on the digestive system (difficult

to digest).

2) I have no energy and really do not know what do.

We have all been where you are, confused and overwhelmed. I will

tell you that this diet has been a lifesaver for me and although it's

difficult to get started, you won't regret it. Just get started by

reading Bee's recommendations and follow her program as closely as

you can.

3) I take a good multivitamin, vitamin c, calcium, probiotics,

digestive enzymes, paul d' arco and I have been taking this paragone

cleanse.

It's best not to take multivitamins because they can't possibly cram

all the vitamins we need into one pill. Also, the levels of each

vitamin is usually not balanced in the proper proportions. It's much

better to take each of the vitamins separately as Bee recommends.

Here's a link to her supplement recommendation:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/supp1.php

Since you are just starting on the program, it's too soon to be

taking probiotics. Those are the last stage of the program. Bee is

now thinking that they aren't very necessary since once the immune

system is built up, they body will produce its own probiotics.

Bee has recommendations for using Hydrochloric Acid instead of

digestive enzymes.

Pau D'Arco tea is a good, mild antifungal. You should continue

taking it.

Bee does not recommend using any 'cleanses' because they can

overwhelm the body with toxins and can make you feel a lot worse than

is necessary.

You also mentioned weight loss. Weight is not an indicator of

health. Did you know that the body creates fat to store toxins away

from vital organs? Many people lose weight at one time or other on

this program as they are detoxifying, but as your body heals, your

weight will normalize.

Please start reading the articles that were send to you when you

joined the forum. They should have been emailed to you, but if you

didn't receive them. Start here with " How to Successfully Overcome

Candida " http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu2_8.php

Perhaps Bee can give you a hand with the calculations. In the

meantime, you can start with this article which describes how to use

Fitday.com

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/foods9.php

There are other nutritional calculators as well:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/foods10.php

Good luck and get back to us with any questions you have. You won't

regret starting on this journey back to health!

Hi there. Welcome to our wonderful group. What is your name?

helped you a lot, but I want to add that after you read How

to Successfully Overcome Candida, so you understand what you need to

do, the steps, and why, you should follow the article Curing Candida,

How to Get Started:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php

Also, for future reference, grains are not fit for human consumption

unless they are properly soaked and prepared, but they are not

included on this program anyway.

Your food sensitivities can be caused by some foods that are

antifungal, so they will cause healing symptoms and reactions, which

aren't a bad thing - see this article:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal14.php

The way to handle that is to start with small amounts and gradually

increase them so your healing reactions aren't so severe.

If you follow this program you will be getting all of the " proper

nutrients " every human body requires in order for it to heal itself

naturally.

I lost a lot of weight when I started on my candida program 23 years

ago, but as I progressed my weight increased and eventually it

normalized.

I wish you the best with starting on this program. After you read

please get back to us with questions and for lots of great support.

We all understand what you are going through.

Great advice, when you find the right docter, you will know you have dided

correct. My first three docks were like working with a beached whale, I

felt helpless, they were helpless, but, they were not willing to change,

then I found a co-operative, somewhat knowlegable dock, and things turned

around, I knot only felt like I finished, but won the Boston Marathon. It

has been a great experience, I have given him knowledge about ED, he has

taken more interest, and we are on a downhill pull. Unknowingly, he has

helped a friend of mine, and I get my friends feedback, which sounds like it

came from this forum. I just smile inside and say nothing, What makes me

estatic, is this dock will help many other men as well. hot dogs.......

kind regards david

If you were taking pain medications such as oxycodone or ultram, that could make

testosterone lower.  Low testosterone is associated with pain sensitivity.

Regardless, you would treat a number that low after a proper investigation of

the cause.
