Men need Zinc to keep there testis healthy we don't get Zinc in our diet anymore

the meat we it is corn fed. You need the copper with it because Zinc will lower

it. 50 mgs. of Zinc with 2 mgs. of Copper is very safe. Zinc helps keep your

E2 and E's down but not very well if one is on TRT and prone to high E2. So yes

take Zinc/Copper and Indoplex/DIM. Do not take TMG with Indolplex/DIM it dose

not mix well with the Indolplex. We just figured this out yesterday. I have

been having trouble keeping my E2 down since trying TMG and so did Z he

post at Meso yesterday saying he had the same problem. I stopped using TMG

after my last test came back very high on my E2 and my DHT went up over 2000. I

have been doing Arimidex .5 mgs. everyday to keep my E2 down this is a lot.

Today am just about back to normal and have not done Arimidex for 2 days now.

TMG works with plain DIM but not with Indolplex/DIM.

O.K. Maybe I'm confused should I be taking zinc w/copper because of the

TRT or because of the E2 increase. Also should I add Indoplex DIM along

with the zinc or instead of the zinc.
