Guest guest
I get my Androgel through a mail order pharmacy called BioScrip. I noticed on the insert that Androgel should be kept in a very narrow temp range. Since the state I live is get COLD my 90 days supply was left in a box outside our door for at least 3 or 4 hours. I I contacted the company that makes Androgel and they said other men have asked the same question. They had no idea if it ruined the effectivness of androgel! They suggested I get tested and see if it was working. Holy Crap! What a dumb deal. You would think they would test it for shippability. And if not, suggest that the pharmacy not mail it where temp extreams could ruin it. I'm very POed
Guest guest
The mail order pharmacy I use sent my 3 months supply of Androgel and the post office lost it. It was delivered two weeks after the pharmacy sent it after sitting who knows where and in what temps? I've wondered about the effects temps have on the narrow range of temperature recommended for AG storage. I've been using it but I don't know under what conditions it had been stored when it was lost. Anyone else have any info on this?
