Hi Theresa -

I'm vowing to have a totally clean week 4, like week 1 was. Week 2 I had

one cheat, and week 3 I nibbled a couple of times, so week 4 is going to be

nibble free! We can do it! Cookie dough is in the freezer until Sunday!

Work hard... double leg week for me...

I lost about 3# during my first 8-10 weeks, and finished the 12 weeks with

a total loss of about 11-13 pounds (on the scale).

- how are you determining that you need to lose 25+ pounds of fat?

What % of body fat are you aiming for?

Hmm, so it sounds like your weight loss increased a lot towards the end. I

used to be 145 and that's when I start to look good. So I know that at 145

(losing 20 pounds of fat) and having some muscles as well will probably be

around where I want to be.

I looked at your photos and you can DEFINITELY see a change... :-)

Congratulations on your progress... keep it up!!! You'll continue to see

wonderful progress... very happy for you!!! :-)

Have a happy easter!

don't feel like I have been doing this for very long, but still...

Here are the results so far (my profile on bodytracker is guilietta)

BF % is down from 31.8% to 29.8%

Lost- 3.9 lbs of fat

Gained- 1.9 lbs of muscle

Weight before- 166.7, weight now, 164.7

Lost 1.5 inches off my waist

1.0 inches off my chest :( lol

1.0 inches off my hips :)

.5 inches off my thighs (.5 off each leg)

And my size 10's are feeling a little loose now, yay!

BUT. Of course, I'm used to losing over 2 pounds a week of scale weight

when I try to lose weight and the scale hasn't moved much, and those pants

that are looser are a little tighter than they were last week, even tho they

are looser overall...

I'm just a little stressed because while I know I'm RIGHT on track for

losing fat, 1 lb a week, I can't help but want to pout a bit because I want

to lose 25+ pounds of FAT still... If I stay how I'm going that will be a

total of about 12 pounds of fat loss, which is great, buut...If I keep

gaining muscle like I am (which I hope I do!!) that would put me at about

160.7... I know my BF% would be better but... I just feel like I will HAVE

to be in the 140's (at least, or rather, at most) to look how I want...

So my questions are, does fat loss increase in the last 8 weeks (just in

general, or in your personal experience), and what happens to muscle gain?

I wanna keep gaining gaining gaining there!

And, I know I've heard a range from 6-9 weeks as the weeks to really see

results, but what were YOUR personal experiences with the 1st 12 week

challenge?

Thank you all! Thanks for all the great support and advice these past few

Okay guys...I have been on TRT injections for 4 weeks. I have seen

noticeable changes in mood, horniness, and much stronger morning

erections. I have had no problems so for with my E2. Once I started

the injection and about 2 weeks later...I started to get my morning

erections back. I am doing 50mg twice a week and it works great. Just

wanted to give a report on how things are going.

That is great news just keep on top of your E2 is wood stops and you get

hard and sore nipples this can mean your E2 is going up.
