Guest guest
Hello Everyone, My name is and I just joined this group because a month ago I found out my T level were on the low side (248). Long story short, for the past 5year I had disabling health problem which only got worse as time went by. Turns-out (in part)many of my symptoms have improved since I started Androgel 2 weeks ago. I curious if others have experienced improvements in seemingly unrelated health issues? Health issues: 1. Horrible lower bowel problem which mirrow the most severe Irritable Bowel Syndrome (constipation type). Every doctor has told me I had IBS, but I've always knew something else was not right (I don't plenty of research and knew others with IBS). The problems would get complex enough to cause urinary problems, severe cramping on a daily basis, etc. I was very surprised to see that almost immediately, the Androgel has improved this by about 50% this is huge (to me, at least). 2. 4years ago I was diagnosed with condition called Psoriatic Arthritis. I went through hell taking chemo drugs and injections for 1.5 years, all the while I lost a lot of my mobility (could not wash dishes and had trouble brushing my teeth), lost my job, and end-up on disability during that time. After some time a doctor prescribed intravenous infusion of Remicade which has made all the difference in the world. I've been back to work for 2year & 2months. Ok this story is getting longer than expected, but there is a point. One of the symptoms that always remained, never improved, and doctor's could not attributed to the Psoriatic Arthritis was constant muscle pain and spasms. It turns out that the TRT has improved that by at least 65% (that's just in two weeks). I guess what I am wondering is if anyone has experienced improvements in areas of their health that were not expected or typical? I'm begining to question wether or not the Psoriatic Arthritis was a correct diagnosis or what it all because of the low T. Time will tell. My final and last question has to do with HCG injections. I read a few thing on it (here and in other places), but I've ended up more confused than anything. Some members talk about how great it works with TRT, but I cannot find any reseach article that support it's effects in conjunction with TRT? I asked my Endoc. and she explained that no testicular atrophy or shrinkage should result from TRT. She stated that it would occur when when way too much T is introduced to the body, but TRT is not nearly enough. So, I ask the member of this group to clarify this concept for me. I tend to worry side effects and long-term effects(and rightly so, considering my health history)on the body... Your thoughts on all of the above, please. Have a great evening, and I can't wait to here from everyone.
