Guest guest
I just met with a hormone specialist in Maitland, FL her name is Dr. Landa. She is very familiar with Dr. Chrisler and his treatment approach. She has me coordinate my meds through a compounding pharmacy named Medaus in Alabama. She has me on .5mg of Anastrozole (Arimidex) once a week and has assured me this has been enough for most patients. However, when the norm is referenced it usually doesn't pertain to me. So we are testing and monitoring and I feel better, but I also just started using a CPAP unit and also started taking melatonin, which also supposedly has properties that act as an estrogen regulator/aromatose inhibitor. I started the CPAP because testosterone will aggravate and potentiate latent apnea or labored breathing during sleep/O2 deprivation. I am starting to emerge from a 6 year fog.
