You could try showing to the panel that this is simply a ploy by the

insuarnce companies to avoid paying up.......

You would need to research what other drugs approved for one condition are

utilised in other conditions....

Aspirin might be one good example.....Aspirin was developed for Pain, it is

said to cause stomache gastric problems yet is widely utilised as a method

of preventing heart attacks.....

I suspect that they are going to struggle hard on this issue......Can you

use a Barrister to 'force the argument'
