When to draw blood for Testing

I am taking Testosterone Cyptionate shots I/M every 7 days.

after 5 weeks my Dr wants to check blood levels for T and Estradoil

What day of the week and time -morning or afternoon -is best time to

draw blood to test. I get my T shot every Thursday night
