We test him once in a couple of months. Last time was 7 on his test. And he was acting more hyper or more sensitive sometimes without specific reason, or not that we know, his speech is not when he can explain how he feel. Also touching himself (he is 4 yo) and wanted to be hugged and picked up more then usual. When are you taking it how much and what form of application Have you had your thyroid and adrenals properly evaluated by a good physcian, were are your e2/shbg levels. When was blood drawn in relationship to the shot or application. Arimidex and was too low 13 taking .25 every 3 days cut it back to every 4 days and am high. Look down on the bottle left hand corner there is a number that says primary. Next time when you have insurance enrollment to not select one and this would not be an issue. Since Dr O is not that far from you. He could be your primary that you could goto. Please call your insurance company and ask if you can switch primary dr's. Other wise your plan is like an HMO that does not pay dr's crap. Complex cases that involved delecate research and alot of documentation and paper work are not worth dr's time. I am now doing SOAP notes for patients, desigining patients protocols, researching, faxing results, calling labs to get results acting as a PA. If your on gels you need to shower off the old gel then do labs before you put the gel on in the morning. If you can't do this put on the gel but don't get it on the spot they take the blood from and do the test 4 to 6 hrs after putting on the gel. Or your labs will be spiked up high. If your on shots do labs the morning of your next shot but before doing it. When you go to low on arimidex you need to stop it cold not cut back. When your night time and morning wood starts up again then you go back on it but do less. Go back on your old dose when you get your wood back go up to every 4 days. As for your levels this high how do you feel you know getting your Estradiol will free up more Testosterone. You need to know how thick your blood is at them levels. Rbc 6.13h range 4.10-5.60 Hemattocrit 52.6h range 36.0-50.0 MCHC 31.8L range 32.0-36.0 RDW 15.3h range 11.7-15.0 * Nurse drew blood from both wrists; the first was normal the second very thick. What on the labs am I looking for in terms of thickness? Do the above numbers speak to that?? Creatine, serum 1.40H range .76-1.27 DHT 28ng/dl range 30-85 Estradiol 74h pg/ml range 0-53 TSH 1.610 uIU/ml range .450-4.50 Testosterone 1160H ng/dl range 241-827 T4 6.7 ug/dl range 4.5-12 T3 30% range 24-39 Free thyroxine 2.0 range 1.2 -4.9 DHEA 465 range 107-745 my apologies looks like they fogot to test SHBG What I did in response was up the Arimidex I took 3mg over 10 ten days. I was fogging up and felt like fat cake that would not cool down. Now I am cool. so how should I proceed?? I also skipped my last dose of Testosterone on Thursday. I usually inject my dose of Testosterone Cypionate on monday and thursday at 5.30 am. and take Arimidex later that day. I take DHEA supplements also. I am very concerned my DHT has dropped below range again. I can not find anyone who has it anymore here in the US. I understand I screwed up with my response. I can test at will so how should I regulate before getting tested again. I test on monday mornings around 8.30-9.00am and inject afterwards. Is this ok? Guest guest Posted October 25, 2009 Report Share Posted October 25, 2009 Yes your blood looks like it's starting to get to thick so do this make sure your not Dehydrated this thickens blood drink 2 big glass's of water before doing labs. Yes your labs are OK doing them the morning of your next shot but before it. Take a baby aspirin 2x's a day this is good for your heart and helps keep blood thin. Lower your dose of T shots and add in HCG this will help keep your T levels up but they will come from your testis. Go to the Red Cross and give blood don't tell them your on TRT this will help. Never take 1mg. of Arimidex this is to much for a man and can drive you down very fast so fast you miss the sweet spot night time and morning wood. Your Estradiol is very high if you have taken 3 mgs over 10 days how did you take it. If you did 1mg. each time your near being good. If your not having night time and morning wood go to .25mgs every 2 days if you don't get wood in 2 weeks your to low just stop taking it until wood starts up that day go back on it but do every 3 days. It's hard to cut the pills into 4 parts I use a pill cutter to cut them in half then I stand the half on the cut end and use a single edge razor blade to cut this in half. Don't worry about SHBG now your Estradiol is to high get it down so your having good wood and gage not going down to low by your wood this works the best. Now for your testosterone dose go down from 210 a week I pay your not doing 210 2x's a week It looks your saying your doing 105 mgs 2x's a week cut this down to 75 mgs. You might need to go lower but do this in stages so you don't crash. Hold this dose for 6 to 8 weeks then do labs again. Give blood on the times the Red Cross will take it. Your not in trouble but getting there. Or just go to step 2 and select Web only this will stop all email messages.
