Zinc. What can it do?

Zinc works as an aromatase inhibitor. Aromatase is the enzyme that converts T to

E2. It's not the zinc raising T but rather the zinc not allowing t to be

converted to E2.

zinc supplementation? Can it raise T levels?

does it reduce E2 at all?

Lets say it helps and you need it anyway. Here read this link there is a lot

about zinc in it. Do a Ctrl F type in zinc.

So if you take , say , like 50 mg of zinc a day...would that stop your

E2 levels from rising?

I have tried both zinc alone and arimidex alone. For me it appears that zinc

does help some but only if you are on the edge of being too high so the small

reduction did help. It is no where close to what arimidex can do.
