Guest guest
Are you on TRT for Low T. doing Cialis the best way as per my Dr. is to take it every 72 hrs. Doing this brings on morning wood and your ready for sex anytime you need it. As for more then once in the same day no problem. If you have low T get your Levels up into the upper 1/3 of your labs range for both Total and Free T. Keep your E2 Estradiol down this is the sex life killer if to high. I keep mine at about 20 some do better higher. Anything that helps ? Is getting T up to higher level best solution ? Guest guest
I'm on TRT post a pituitary tumor (had about 1/3 of my pituitary removed); did well for first year or two and was off of TRT altogether, then everything plummeted due to " post-surgical changes " - - currently, I'm on 10 grams of Androgel a day and only in high 200s/ low 300s -- seems like I'm not responding well to the gel. I've heard there are advantages to switching TRT methods around -- and not doing one thing long-term. Anybody know about that ? Yes -- the Cialis is a big help, I just hate to be dependent on it. I have ED issues without it -- but not impotence, Cialis just makes it all better and improved quality, etc. > With low T, my libido has obviously fluctuated a lot - - but one > thing that has been difficult is recovering after having sex and being > able to rise to the occasion for a second round -- recovery time has > been longer and frustrating - - Even when libido is up, it seems > that with hypoG -- I'm often a one hit wonder as far as sexual > intercourse session goes --- able to do again later in day, but not > very often within the same session --- Any ideas out there ? Guest guest
Johfleet, I've read and read your post about the " ability to get it up a second time " and I have to wonder what the heck men are thinking some days!!! I'm serious. If you are a grown man, not a boy, super great erections once in a 12-24 hour period is a sign of a perfectly healthy normal male body. A second one with T levels in the high 200 range is pretty darned good! Recovery times may vary among males but it's the un-typical to be multi-man, not the typical...unless you're 21! Longer recovery times are perfectly normal as men get older. Calling yourself a one hit wonder is placing some pretty tough expectations on a body that is already being pretty good about meeting healthy demands. I realize I'm just this confused woman but isn't quality soooo much more lasting than quantity? Just my 2 cents worth. Guest guest
Same here I don't need it to have sex but at the age of 63 it makes it harder longer. Your Pituitary was a big problme have you had all the tests for things that go wrong with a pituitary problem. Cortisol, Thyroid doing TSH, Free T4 and FreeT3, DHEA and IGF-1. If you have a low thyroid it can make your skin thicker and gels don't work. You need to get on shots doing 100mgs a week to start. Guest guest
Can you break down what DHEA and IGF-1 and thyroid doing TSH mean ? Guest guest
Regarding Cialis -- my insurance pays for 6 pills at a time -- is that about the norm ? These will last me almost 2 months -- if I make it a " weekend thing " and let fluctuating libido and ED rule the rest of the time (sometimes better than others).
