A possible reason for this is that the body produces a lot more

Estrogen overnight than it does at any other time of the day.

Im surprised that your E2 is low. Are you taking anything to lower E2?

Having high Total Estrogens can cause the symptoms of high Estrogen,

even though E2 is low. Do you have recent labs for all your hormones

that you can post together with ranges and times taken.

Drake,

What is your labs range for Free T and E2? It is possible that they

are doing the E2 for women instead of for men. Which lab do you use?

If it is Quest, then ask for the Estradiol Ultra sensitive by

Extraction Method.
