Guest guest
10.91 nmol/L is 314.41 ng/dL. They will retest and stall. You likely have symptoms at this level especially as the years add up. You'll need a doctor with an interest this field as opposed to a formal specialist, IMO. Hopefully you have the resources to opt out of the national healthcare system. > > i have got my blood results today. i wondered if anyone could help > with interpretation. i am normal all round. although a bit low on > testosterone. > > i am in the uk so will give you the range as well where i have it. > > Test = 10.91 (10-31) > > LH = 3.6 (1-8) > > FSH = 9.5 > > TSH = 3.2 (0.4-4) > T4 = 12 (10-23) > > Ferettin = 137 > > any interpretation is appreciated. i see the specialist mid may >
Guest guest
I've been wondering the same thing. My doctor told me quite plainly that they could not authorize home injection because it is a controlled substance. I think most doctors will not permit this given it opens them to the risk of losing their license. With the whole thing in the news, doctors are going to think twice about letting patients do this. It wasn't the same drug, but the guy had a boatload of controlled substances in his house that he shouldn't have had. I am on weekly injections and it is a pain in the ass (pardon the pun) having to go in every week, although the nurse is pretty nice and always makes jokes about grabbing my ass. > > Blood test results after two 5mg patches/day was bad 240 on a scale of 300 to 900 normal range.Doc suggested 4 patches/day.I told him out of the question. Too many red marks and too expensive. I suggested self injection twice weekly with a office vist once a month for blood work.He was open to this but had to check on legal issues because T is a controlled substance.I agreed to do 4 patches until he finds out.Guess what? The insurance company(BCBS) won't cover. And they said I've already used a months supply at two/day.Now I'm out for two weeks!I called the doctor back and they will call the insurance and pharmacy if they get clearance. They also are still checking on self injection but said not to get my hopes up because of controlled substance issues.I feel like I'm up a creek without a paddle. How do you guys in Michigan self inject?Do you get your meds and supplies from the doc or pharmacy?Does your insurance cover the costs?Have you found away around the legal issues? I'm calling the doc back at 8am to see what he's found out and will asked for an injection to tide me over.If he won't cooperate I'm calling Phil's docter s for a appointment. Thanks in advance for the help. >
Guest guest
This is a flat out lie. Does your physician have any patients on pain patches (Fentanyl) or timed-release morphine (Avinza)? These are controlled substances but nobody says you have to come to the office to get your patches daily, or your pills twice a day. I pick up my T from the pharmacy along with my syringes. My physician monitors my compliance by the blood test results that I get every three months and by the fact that I don't request refills more frequently than warranted by the amount prescribed. You may want to find a new physician. From: [mailto: ] On Behalf Of noonanjg Sent: Friday, July 31, 2009 9:34 AM Subject: Re: Blood Test I've been wondering the same thing. Guest guest
No try this I work out 3 days a week also on my last set of labs my levels fell doing this I just got back into the gym. My levels fell 100 points from 850 to 750 but labs are never the same from labs to labs. I have a big problem with high levels of Estradiol so to help keep my levels down. I shoot my T shots the way Dr. Shippen (The Testosterone Syndrome) dose I shoot 80 mgs every 3 days doing this keeps me more leveled and holds back Estradiol levels not doing one big 200 mgs shot. Doing small shots more often works better Dr. Shippen in his book was down on shots yet today he dose them to his self and finds this works the best. I have been getting over heart bypass sugary and only been back in the gym a few months now I workout about 90 min.'s 3 x's a week. Doing 3 sets of 10 reps covering all my muscle groups the gym I use has air machines so it is hard to hurt your self. I also add in HCG the 2 days each in between my T shots this keeps my testis working. I only need .25 mgs of Arimidex to keep my Estradiol levels in check doing this every 2 to 3 days. I shoot into my thigh using a small needle 27g 1ml. x 1/2 " lg. The oil comes out of the T vile slow so I just pull the plunger all the way down and hold it until I get my dose using 200mgs/ml I only need .40 mls = 80 mgs to do my T shot. Run this past your Dr. Co-Moderator Phil > > > > > From: Steve <alex4500@... > <alex4500%40gmail.com>> > > > Subject: Blood Test > > > > < %40> > > > Date: Tuesday, October 6, 2009, 10:30 PM > > > > > Phil, I got my result back form the > > > lab and I'm not sure what to post. > > > > > > Estraddiol 69 pg/ml > > > 0-54 > > > Test serum 1146 > > > 241 - 827 > > > Platelets 191 x10e3/ul > 140 - 415 > > > PSA 0.4 > > > > > > 0 - 53 > > > Cholesterol 167 > > > Trigly 242 > > > T3 uptake 28 > > > Creatinine 1.34 > > > > > > > > > Lot here not sure what you need the most. > > > > > > Steve > > > > > > > > > -- ack > > > Steve > > > Full Spectrum, Inc > > > Cell 662-415-0121 > > > Ofc 662-396-4824 > > > alex4500@... > <alex4500%40gmail.com> > > > > > > > > > [Non-text portions of this message have been > removed] > > > > > > > > > > > > ------------------------------------ > > > > > >
Guest guest
The research in women says that E2 levels return to normal after 5 to 6 days of discontinuing arimidex. A good way to take arimidex is by how high your levels are. I tested over 90 pg/ml so we tried doing .5 mgs every other day after 8 weeks my next set of labs showed it did not move below 90, test said >90. So we did .5 mgs. every day in about 2 weeks I got some strong night time and morning wood back after not having them for many yrs. > >I kept doing this dose and in 8 weeks my next set of labs said <20 back in the day labs were like this they did not have to good labs we have today they could not read lower the 20. The one thing I noticed was my wood stopped and stopping the Arimidex my wood came back in about 7 weeks my next test at 8 weeks was 24 pg/ml. So we went back on the Arimidex but the Dr. told me to take .5 mgs every 3 days I was on this dose not a week and lost wood. This is when I figured out going to low you lose wood.
