Guest guest
For those who want to try Tribulus, Chrysin is also an alternative. It's original uses included as an antioxidant/immune system booster. 500-1000mg a day is pretty standard. It works for those who don't have a big problem with E2. Like tribulus and progesterone and Indole/DIM, Chrysin is a mild aromatase inhibitor. DIM/Indole, Chrysin and Tribulus do not act upon the endrocrine system like progesterone does. As a man..if I were one...I'd steer away from progesterone itself. How far people take alternatives is fully dependent on how dedicated he/she is to using them. For those who don't want to follow specific protocols, Arimidex a time or 2 a week is a better choice. Using alternatives can be a exhaustive effort many people just don't have time for. I notice people fizzle out on homeopathy easily. Popping a pill seems so much more easy to live with!
