Got DIM today and starting asap

Hey everyone,

I received my bottle of DIM from Ritecare, and am starting a tablet at

dinnertime. I will post how the results come as soon as I sense any.

Still charting daily in my log how I feel and what I am taking. Hoping

for the best :)
