Guest guest
I tried DIM, took two pills a day for months, and could not tell, feel, any effect from it. In fact my estrogen level measured before and after the two month experiement, was virtually identical. Could it be that I am a medical aberation and DIM does not work on me? Yes, anything is possible. The power of suggestion is very strong, people largely believe what they want to believe. And that is why scientist measure objectively. My question, can someone please direct me to the studies, presumably more than one, that prove that taking x number of DIM pills a day lowers estrogen in males by what percent? I am asking my fellow board members not to reply and tell me that DIM works for them, or someone they know, but to provide evidence of such conclusive medical studies. Thanks all!
