You need to post the ranges for each test.

I feel best when my total Testosterone:Estradiol ratio is more than

30:1

What's the range for estradiol on your test? It looks very high, and

that would explain your symptoms. Do you have much bodyfat? That's

where much of the conversion of Test. to Estrogen happens, and the more

androgel you put on, the more this is likely to happen.

Your estradiol level is very high. You want it in the 20 to 30 range.

This will get you much better results for energy, mental clarity and

libido.

Hi,

Does anyone know if HealthCheckUSA offers these tests of Estradiol, FSH, LH,

etc? Or someplace like it?

Also, is Estradiol the same as the E2 many refer to here?

Thanks,

Neil

Thanks for the info!

I called the lab and they said that they called bound T free testerone (blood)

I had a test done a couple of months ago which showed my LH to be .1 mIU/ml

and my FSH(blood) to be .2 also low.

The only recommendation was to half my T.

Is equine estrogen like that in premarin also estradiol?

My lady friend uses it.

cheers;

Yes. And you have to order a sensitive test. Saliva tests are

inaccurate and essentially useless. And the most common blood test is

not sensitive enough either as it was developed for women who's levels

can be 10X as high.

The test has to be sensitive to at least 20.

LSH and FSH will be low after you start T. They are part of the

feedback loop. They signal the balls to make more testosterone. If

there's enough their levels drop away.

But they can also be low for other reasons that result then in less T

being produced. (Called secondary hypo-g - primary is when T is low

because the balls don't work themselves, despite getting the signal to

produce.

Hi Retro,

Man...I have searched every test on HealthCheckUSA and I simply can't find

ANYTHING that has the LH, FSH,etc. Got a link for those of us doing self

testing?

Thanks,

Neil

I haven't. Sorry. But aren't you already on Testosterone therapy? LH

and FSH will not tell you anything after you start taking T. Several

guys here have labs that will test E2 on self order, I believe.

Do you want self testing links or explanations of the tests and

ranges?
