Your Well come My Dr. will not let me do it subQ but will let me use a 27g x 1/2

lg needle. I am doing .32mls every 3 days of depo T in my leg and 100 IU's

everyday also in my leg. Do you have test yet on how this is working and do you

post at Meso there are guys there like 1cc doing this also. I just did my

second T shot today still doing .5 Arimidex and Indolplex/DIM everyday. I will

try cutting beck on the Arimidex when I feel my E2 going to low.

I have been injecting SubQ every 3 days like Dr Shippen does and I really like

All high E2 symptoms are gone.

I use a 28 guage insulin needle from Ryvmed.

View the insulin needle here only 8.99 per 100:

The 1/2 insulin needle slips off the syringe so I take a 23 guage needle from

this Rymed syringe:

Only 9.99 per 100.

http://ryvmed.com/detail.aspx?ID=14

and put it on the insulin needle to draw with. Then I slip the insulin needle

back on the syringe, grab a hunk of fat and shot it in. It goes in much easier

than I thought it would. A lot easier than IM and works just as well.

Thanks Phil for the idea!

Hey Phil - how would you describe your feelings when your E2 is going too low? I

have been slowly increasing my Arimidex and was wondering what to specifically

look for when I have gone too far.

Thanks - Arkansas

A: no tests yet. i can tell my levels by the way

i feel. i am very sensitive to low levels and also high levels. The SubQ

method takes all the dread

out of giving yourself a shot. It is just like shooting HCG. I have also been

doing the 100iu of HCG daily.

and do you post at Meso there are guys there like 1cc doing this also.

A: No, I do not post there.

A: I went to 2 Indoplex/Dim daily because of high E2

Interesting! Helpful.

My wife injects me in the butocks. If i want to inject my self, i do not

understand how to inject sub q which i gather means under the skin. Is there a

part of body best suited for doing this self injecting. ?Do i just pierce the

skin and then squeeze in the liquid? Do i go straight in or sideways to get

under skin. Please help me understand .Thanks

You need to us a small needle like a 27g x 1/2 " lg. needle and pinch the skin

on your belly and stick the needle into the skin. Here is a link.

Even so, I've had (this morning in fact), blood squirt out after pulling the

inject into one.

Yes you right I think last week I did this because when I pulled out the

needle blood shot out. Man did I get a rush that lasted 2 days. Thank God

it was a low dose.

From what I know, accidentally injecting HGH, HCG and such other

benign water based hormones into the artery or vein doesn't pose that

much peril. But insulin can cause insulin shock and oil based

injectables can cause arterial blockage that could lead to stroke or

heart attack. I am not a doctor, so I may be wrong.
