It's not all that hard to see why you need to test your E's and Estradiol if

it's to high it will make you feel like this. And you need to test your blood

levels CBC I think it is called to be sure your blood does not get to thick.

I have this link because it's full of good info evern for us men.

Not sure if your upset with us or what most of us on TRT have high levels of

Estradiol and need to get this down it undoes the good the testosterone does.

Your welcome to post your problems here we will try to help as best as we can.

Your going to have about the same problems with being on Testosterone as most

here. So this is all I was saying get your Estradiol tested if it's to high

take something to get it down.

Hi Liam,

One thing that may be effecting your energy is that

when the system is estrogen dominant, more of

your testosterone becomes bound up in SHBG,

and more of your thyroid hormones get bound

up in TBG. This will make your energy levels

swing drastically. It might behoove you to get

a thyroid panel with your next set of tests.

It is crazy, if you take more than a certain

amount of T with out an aromatase inhibiting

agent, your E2 levels will rise, causing the

condition mentioned above. If you don't

take enough, your system will swing back

to estrogen dominance. Since you are

still in the early part of your journey, you

might also ask your doc about taking Danazol

or something like it to suppress LH & FSH.

This would at least get you down to just

having to worry about T-> E conversion, and

not so much about endogenous E.

I know several people in transition from MTF that

are now on thyroid supplementation, at least

temporarily. It may be a non-issue once you

get your levels stabilized, but I think it would

still be worth checking.

Dam good point Mike and do test Cortisol levels to high levels of E2 will stress

the Adrenals too.

Welcome to the group.

We are of many different bodies. Some just male, some with low male

hormones & high female hormones, some part male & part female in

chromosomes, & some in transition from female to male.

Some of us are Klinefelters 47-xy/xxy Mosaic. We make extra

estradiol & less testosterone naturally.

All of us have some are extra sensitivity. Many would be overy

sensitive to large breast remarks.

I have just recently, last few years, accepted my large breasts as a

part of me, after I found I was Klinefelters Mosaic.

Do not look for remarks that may be insulting to you, they may just

be innocent. If someone said to me " can I suck your tits " , that

would be insulting to me. If they said " could you tell me how to

grow breasts like yours " , that would not insult me.

Most of us " males " here take testosterone to increase the male &

Arimidex to reduce the female estradiol E2 side of us.

I would imagine that the " female to males " would be doing the same.

Many of us also have a problem with the written language.

The " range " depends on the lab.

My lab " range " for T is 100 to 800

My lab " range " for E2 is 10 to 54

My best T:E2 ratio is from 30:1 to 50:1

I aim for the top of the T range & about 20 on the E2

Good luck,
