I also do E3D T Cyp shots and HCG everyday. My regimen is 21mg T Cyp

E3D and 100iu HCG every day.

If you were to convert your current 80mg per week to E3D then it

would be (80 / 7 ) x 3 = 34mg every 3 days. Also, taking more than

100iu HCG at one time will lead to excess Estrogen and Progesterone

conversion. Instead of taking 250iu, it would be better to take 100iu

every day.Doing the T Cyp shots every 3 days will allow T levels to

be stable enough so that doing HCG every day is okay.

Yes just got back from seeing my Dr. and going over my blood tests. I posted an

update. Read it and let know what you think. I would not do the 250 IU's of

HCG like your talking about but would change it to 100 IU's everyday ask your

Dr. There are a number of us doing this at the MESO boards go to this link and

read about it.

drop the 13C it changes into DIM and from what see have seen at my Dr.'s HCG and

DIM with T shots don't mix well.

Taking HCG every day is what Dr. recommends these days. One of

the reasons for doing the T Cyp E3D is to facilitate doing HCG every

day.

As far as your dosage, the idea is to remain at the same dosage, but

just to have more stable levels. It must have slipped your doc's mind.

You will be adding 250 IU's doing this the first thing my Dr. did was put me on

HCG everyday to lower my E2 and it worked so well that he let me do my T shots

every 3 days. My test results today at my Dr. are the best ever. Don't change

anything without your Dr. oking or you will piss him off. So doing my T shots

every 3 days and my HCG everyday my E2 is a lot less of a problem and my T

levels are over 800 were I need them.

I'll be adding it on Day 2 of the new 3 day cycle instead.

I agree on the 80/7*3 business, but it was the doc who told me to just halve

my current dose and inject every 3 days. I'm sure he's aware it will mean,

in effect, a slight dosage increase.

LOL...Dr is my doc! Just today his email said 250iu HCG the day

before my every 3rd day Test Cyp shot (which is to be 1/2 the weekly dose I

was on). ;-)

I'm going to check those threads. I don't read Meso too much. I don't like

forums that don't have email option.

Maybe I missed it in those four great threads, but not once did I see a post

from SWALE saying to do HCG daily. I see several from Phil and 1cc and

others, but SWALE never even comments on it.

His instructions to me were 250iu the day before my E3D Test Cypionate shot,

with .5mg Arimidex on day of Test Cyp.

I suspect I may be his first patient to test this out on. Will keep

everyone posted.

I have serious Estrogen issues. Not just E2, but all E's. Outo f control.

My nips are so sensitive at times I can " get off " just rubbing them, and I

think some of this " man-boob " thing I have going on is real " gyno " not just

excess body fat...and I cry at the drop of a hat like a little girl. I

thought I needed anti-depressants, but I think it's just my body trying to

turn me into a woman!!!!! Arrrggghhh.

An endo I saw said to just lose weight and my E would get under control, but

she's the same endo that put me into a living hell (I was dying, slowly) by

undertreating my thyroid hormones after taking out my thyroid gland.

Anyways, I'll keep you all informed.

That part is way back last yr. Dr. said he has some men doing HCG everyday

and if your do it don't do more then 100 IU's a day.

Dave,

Doing the shots E3D will greatly reduce Estrogen, so hopefully it

will work out well for you. Phil has had great success with it as far

as reducing his Estrogen problems. Matter of fact with a little

tweaking, Phil may not have any Estrogen problems soon.

I think you started on it before we heard Shippen was doing it. So your the

man. Are you doing subQ on T shots yet my Dr. still will not come around. We

need to find one of Shippen guys and get the hole nine yards on this. I am

going to start doing my HCG subQ. got the ok for that.

Dave,

It looks like Dr. has modified what Phil and I are doing. He

does have a point because the day before the shot will be when levels

are lowest, and thats why he is having you do the 250iu on that day

alone. It will be interesting to see how your labs come out when you

do them later, and of course, how you feel. I personally prefer doing

the low dose HCG every day only because one gets the consistency of

having a pregnenolone boost every day, together with the other

hormones in the cascade. Also, the smaller the dose of HCG, the less

chance of too much conversion to estrogen and progesterone.

Keep us posted on your progress.

I was going to try T Cyp SubQ after getting my labs back for IM. When

the labs came back, you will recall, the numbers were all great

except for DHT which was below normal for some reason. This pretty

much means that I need to convert to a T cream in order to get a

better DHT conversion. I was pretty disappointed because I really

don't like creams and gels. The shots were so convenient, and no

chance of transferance to family. So unfortunately, I never got

around to trying the SubQ. I have been doing the HCG SubQ, and it

works great that way.

What about you keep doing what your doing and add DHT cream like Z is

using.

I was on the cream and don't feel it worked as good as the new gels.
