Guest guest
human chorionic gonadotropin google.com, the Files section of this particular group, and Dr. Crisler's mention of them at www.allthingsmale.com are just a few places you can go to to learn about it. My LH was a little over 1 so that's why I was started on it. It mimics LH and helpfully will get your testes to produce sperm and testosterone of for some reason your pitituary gland is not releasing LH. It comes from the human chorion (part of the placeta). You can check out embryology if you want to know more about that. WF > > I've read it here and there..but what does it do? Who are the best > candidates for HCG? How is it adminsitered? Guest guest
thanks for the reply phil. i read the link below. what does he mean that elevating DHT is a double edged sword. im thinking double edged sword is a good thing...meaning two for one. but he also mentions he's not comfortable with gross elevations..what does that mean? he doesn't like to prescribe finasteride...which is a plus seeing that sh*t is the devil:) he mentions that DHT elevation is good for libido/ED issues. is that what you interpret? i read Testim's info packet...it says that DHT gets elevated during the first 90 days..then levels off. my DHT was pretty high after one week of TRT...and E2 was between the 10-30 range (17). i guess i should be happy and stick with the Testim. after one week though...it seemed as my testes were bigger than they were before. you mention testes shut down while ur on TRT..but they don't die do they? my urologist said 3months of TRT won't kill your testes. my theory is i'm 'refilling' my T levels and recovering from the propecia effect...and after 3 months if i ween off of the stuff i'll be ok. time will tell i guess. thanks for your input. philip georgian <pmgamer18@...> wrote: Go to Dr. 's site here is a link and read his TRT: A Recipe for Success and his HCG Update at the bottom of his site it is free. http://www.allthingsmale.com/ Phil rockin813 <rockin813@...> wrote: I've read it here and there..but what does it do? Guest guest
Jack I can't speck for Dr. but can say this you need all your hormones in the normal range. Your Total and Free T in the upper 1/3 of your labs range and your E2 at 10 to 30. DHT is not a bad thing if it is to high but by a double edged sword it is bad to be to low or to high. My DHT is over 2000 right now why we don't know it may be my body is changing from the weight loss and the muscle gains I have had from working out at the gym for the last 6 months. So on the amount of HCG that I was on was causing my body to make to much T and it was getting converted into E2 and DHT. Yet at over 2000 on my DHT I feel fine. Guest guest
Yes, in fact within a couple hours of the first dose. It was really great for a week, then about three weeks later it went downhill, probably due to high E2. WF > > WF when you tried the HCG did you get a feeling of well being. Guest guest
The phrase two-edged sword usually means that it can cut both ways, ie, cut your enemy (good) or cut you (bad). DHT is a two-edged sword because it is necessary for sex drive, but at the same time is the culprit behind male pattern baldness. > Re: what's Hcg? > > >thanks for the reply phil. i read the link below. what does >he mean that elevating DHT is a double edged sword. im >thinking double edged sword is a good thing...meaning two for >one. but he also mentions he's not comfortable with gross >elevations..what does that mean? he doesn't like to prescribe >finasteride...which is a plus seeing that sh*t is the devil:) > >he mentions that DHT elevation is good for libido/ED issues. >is that what you interpret? i read Testim's info packet...it >says that DHT gets elevated during the first 90 days..then >levels off. my DHT was pretty high after one week of >TRT...and E2 was between the 10-30 range (17). i guess i >should be happy and stick with the Testim. after one week >though...it seemed as my testes were bigger than they were >before. you mention testes shut down while ur on TRT..but >they don't die do they? my urologist said 3months of TRT won't >kill your testes. my theory is i'm 'refilling' my T levels >and recovering from the propecia effect...and after 3 months >if i ween off of the stuff i'll be ok. time will tell i guess. > >thanks for your input. > >philip georgian <pmgamer18@...> wrote: >Go to Dr. 's site here is a link and read his TRT: A >Recipe for Success and his HCG Update at the bottom of his >site it is free. http://www.allthingsmale.com/ Phil > >rockin813 <rockin813@...> wrote: >I've read it here and there..but what does it do? Guest guest
DHT is only a baldness issue for men who have the genetic makeup for baldness. Guest guest
thanks...i was thinking a double ended sword would be like what you mentioned below....and double edged sword would be sharp along both edges of sword. don't ask why i interpreted it that way...im an idiot. as far as DHT going up...trust me...i can care less with regards of MPB!!!! as a matter of fact...my hair is beginning to really thin out....so i know in fact (along w/my blood results) that my DHT is high. other than MPB...there's no other worries for DHT is there? Guest guest
All of us on TRT weather it is shots, patches, gels, creams or HCG need to keep on top of there E2 Estradiol if it is high keep it down to 10 to 30.
