Welcome - it is good to have you!

With low LH and low FSH and low T, it sounds like you are

probably " secondary " and that your testis are probably working fine

(of course check into this).

Like many here, sounds like you are having issues generating proper

messaging from your pituitary (or even possibly thyroid - important

to get this checked and fixed first).

Read as many of the files in database as you can to educate yourself

and then get the full battery of tests and start treatment.

We will be here for questions based on our experiences and

treatments.

Try not to beat yourself up with " girlie man " thoughts - there are a

lot of treatment options and it certainly doesn't mean that you are

less of a man (in fact you are more because you care to discuss it

and address it head-on - BRAVO).

Blessings,

Bill

Hello and welcome to the group - you just took the best step to getting back to

normal you could. There is a wealth of experience and information here. Start by

reading some of the past post. You can search on specific topics also. We have

all been where you are and let me tell you its worth the fight to get back.

Being low really causes you to get real passive about the whole thing and not

want to take the effort to do something about it. At a T of 285, you should be

seeing symptoms of low T. Since your hormones associated with the pituitary (LH)

is also low, it could be your body just isn't sending your testicles to make the

right amount of T. As Phil has stated, you need to figure out why this is the

case. There are options such as HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) that can

increase the signal and see if your testicles can make enough T. If not, then

you will be on TRT the rest of your life. We can get into the details later.

Keep us posted with your results and we can

give you our opinions.

for free test. It is completely devastating to find out that my nuts

are not functioning properly. LH and FSH were on the low side of

normal. My thyroid tests came back within normal limits but the Doc.

that its probably nothing but wants to make sure. What the hell could

be causing the low T? Where do I go from here? I feel like a girlie man.

Thanks for your input

Don't rely on saliva tests for testosterone. Being on testosterone

may improve your glucose problem. If you didn't have your prolactin

tested, you may want to do that.
