Guest guest
I love your comment - kick him (doc) to the curb or just treat your self. I am getting pretty frustrated trying to get the right treatment. Still, it is not very wise to self treat. Think of the advantages: - Docs can order lab test that are covered by insurance. - Docs can prescribe drugs that are covered by insurance. I know my Test Cyp copay is really cheap. Street Test Cyp is more expensive and you don't know the quality. This is pretty much true of any TRT drug. - Docs should know or have access to better drug information. - A second " knowledgeable " opinion is invaluable. I am frustrated because I have evidence that some of my other hormones are low and my doc does not want to look there. The AMA and insurance companies have some nasty attitudes about some hormones (growth hormone and coritosol, etc.) and male hormone treatment in general. I am still in the camp that my doctor is manning the point but my patience is wearing thin. > > > Hey guys, I'm still battling what will work best for me as TRT > > > treatment.
