Guest guest
Hi Nort I have this link don't use it anymore so have not kept up on it. http://qualitycounts.com/fpdim.html Phil nort828 <nort828@...> wrote: I tried DIM, took two pills a day for months, and could not tell, feel, any effect from it. Yes, anything is possible. The power of suggestion is very strong, people largely believe what they want to believe. And that is why scientist measure objectively. My question, can someone please direct me to the studies, presumably more than one, that prove that taking x number of DIM pills a day lowers estrogen in males by what percent? I am asking my fellow board members not to reply and tell me that DIM works for them, or someone they know, but to provide evidence of such conclusive medical studies. Thanks all! Guest guest
Thank Phil, I read the articles and they " surmise " that DIM aid in urinating estrogen, which of course seems like a good thing. However, I did not see any blood work numbers that actually confirm that men taking DIM are tested at a lower estrogen level. Respectfully, DIM to me, and from my personal experience, appears to be a beautiful theory unsupported by the brutal facts. My doc told me that brocoli is kind of the same, we know if you eat pounds and pounds of it, then it has an aromatizing effect. Impractical with brocoli to eat that much regularly. And so far, no " proof " that taking DIM, and how much of it, actually lowers estrogen levels in males. I think DIM is a fairy tale, regardless of board member's personal perceptions. Show me how I am wrong? thanks all Norton philip georgian <pmgamer18@...> wrote: > > Hi Nort I have this link don't use it anymore so have not kept up on it. > http://qualitycounts.com/fpdim.html > Phil > > nort828 <nort828@...> wrote: > I tried DIM, took two pills a day for months, and could not > tell, feel, any effect from it.
