Guest guest
And I agree you way to low need to stop taking what ever you taking to lower E2 and wait for some morning wood to come back this means your at the right levels for E2. The tests your looking at most are not going to tell you anything becuse your on TRT LH and FSH will be at the bottom of the range on TRT. You can do a Saliva test for cortisol and Thyroid for about $144. From this link. http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/recommended-labwork/ 1) LAB WORK from Canary Club for special prices. The saliva test is for a full spectrum: thyroid (TSH, free T3, free T4), adrenals (cortisol and DHEA), estrogen, progesterone, testosterone. You can choose from two lab facilities–Diagnos Tech (saliva test for $144.50) retrogrouch@... wrote: On Fri, 03 Aug 2007 01:45:11 -0000, you wrote: >Well after months of ED torture - in spite of having great labs with >Testosterone levels of 827 and Estradiol of 18,, I reread Dr. Eugene >Shippen's book on the T replacement. 10 days ago I started doing kegel >exercises 20 times a day for about 15 seconds as he suggests . Guest guest
You need to get in tune with your body E2 levels that are to high give me sore and hard nipples, loss of morning wood or wood when your sleeping, brain fog, feeling of being hot and sweating with my upper body looking like I have a sunburn, feeling of panic and panic attacks, a low pain in my prostate with slow voiding the list goes on. Now going to low you can't get it up and no morning wood when this happens I stop taking what ever I am doing to lower E2 until wood comes back. I find wood a dam good gauge on going to low. If you let this go and keep going low you get brain fog and feel with drawn from what is going on around you. invstri <Invstri@...> wrote: Phil-- you;re right ,, I did stop taking my 100mg per day of zinc.. Guest guest
The book is called " The Testosterone syndrome " cost is not much and it is a bit dated what he says about doing shots he now does. He is doing shots subQ every 3 days 200mgs/ml of Depo T shooting .35mls into his belly 2 shots each time to keep the volume down so you don't have a lump under the skin. He as found doing this getts his T levels up and keeps his E2 down. Going into the fat slows down the amout of T going into the blood. norsworthy_david <norsworthy_david@...> wrote: Tell me more about the book. > > >Well after months of ED torture - in spite of having great labs with > >Testosterone levels of 827 and Estradiol of 18,, I reread Dr. Eugene > >Shippen's book on the T replacement. 10 days ago I started doing kegel > >exercises 20 times a day for about 15 seconds as he suggests . Guest guest
Hey some men do good at 40 if your SHBG is not low I am 20 and keep my E2 at 20 if I go below 15 I have problems lose wood and more. My SHBG is low most are in the 30's and would need to keep there E2 higher say between 20 and 30 new things about E2 are coming out everyday. So unless your SHBG is less the 25 your E2 is to me is to low. Stop taking anything that lowes your E2 like Zinc, DIM or arimidex. See if you don't get some good morning wood it you do your coming back up. Just make sure you don't go up to high. invstri <Invstri@...> wrote: Phil, in your opinion then my reading of 18 for estradiol is too low with a total T of 827 .. ???
