,

I use Indolplex with DIM by PhytoPharmica. I ordered it at

www.ritecare.com and I can only say that I definitely notice a

difference when I take it. My high estrogen makes me feel 'timid' and

shakey and have anxiety, and the DIM definately helps. For me, there's

kinda an embarrassing and unpleasant side effect though. It makes me

have a runny and irritated anus. Because of this, I take it at night

so the effect won't be as present during the day, but I would prefer

to take it in the morning to have the greatest impact on my mood. This

won't keep me from taking it though as the benefits far outweigh the

unpleasant side effect for me.

God Bless,

Chris

Of all the DIM supplements I have tried this is the best. You start with one

tablet at dinner time I did good for a long time taking one half a tablet a day.

I have been there with the cancer on two occasions, so I have interest

in staying healthy.

I want to ask and hopfully get a reply, what DIM do you use, and if it

works well for you, please share your source.

As we all should know, health food store products, are not inspected

or checked for authenticity. They range all the way from eighty

percent of the main ingredient,

contained in the pill, to none or very little contained in the pill.

kind regards david

Please share what is DIM??? Abbreviations are maddening for us new

people... please explain what it is first time you use an abbreviation.

I am here to learn... and I am desperate.
