I ordered it at www.ritecare.com and I can only say that I definitely notice a difference when I take it. My high estrogen makes me feel 'timid' and shakey and have anxiety, and the DIM definately helps. For me, there's kinda an embarrassing and unpleasant side effect though. It makes me have a runny and irritated anus. Because of this, I take it at night so the effect won't be as present during the day, but I would prefer to take it in the morning to have the greatest impact on my mood. This won't keep me from taking it though as the benefits far outweigh the unpleasant side effect for me. God Bless, Chris
Guest guest
Of all the DIM supplements I have tried this is the best. You start with one tablet at dinner time I did good for a long time taking one half a tablet a day. http://www.ritecare.com/prodsheets/PHY-15336.html dhallgar <dhallgar@...> wrote: DIM seems to work for me, to keep my estrogen in check, and the more I read, the more I think bad estrogen causes a lot of cancer in both men and women.
