Guest guest
with LH so low do you have a pituatory issue? what's ur prolactin level? prolactin is what tells the LH to tell the Testes to produce Testosterone. If you have a pituatory tumor your prolactin is getting blocked and thus the LH levels are lowered thinking you don't need to make Testosterone. If pituatory was fine..then LH should be normal range..and if you have testicular failure your LH would be out of range on the high side...cuz it's telling your testes to make T and if your testes are failing the LH will keep rising till the testes produce. chis_az <chis_az@...> wrote:LH 2.2IU/L Testosterone 250ng/dl Estradiol 33.2pg/ml I felt awful, which isn't surprising is is. Guest guest
I now know what not to try. The Restandol is doing a bang-up job of shutting your HPTA down and raising your E2. It is lowering your total T. I can imagine how much of a pain it is to take a huge capsule with a meal 4x per day. I also know how much all of this costs. Restandol is not cheap. $100USD buys me 40 weeks of Testosterone enanthate. Yes I have to shoot myself in the thigh every week, but Restandol appears to be a true pain in the ass. Not only do you seem to have a very poor grasp of the facts (far too simplistic) but you are speaking to someone who was running 20miles a week and was a pro tennis coach when I was struck by low testosterone which looks to be either genetic (I am awaiting an appointment with a geneticist) or be due to chemotherapy. Guest guest
you dont have to buy it, its just an opinion and what ive seen very offen seems to be the case, also i said this is not in every case. but whos to say why your test went down? who can really give you an answer why some men feel fine with levels of 300 ng/dl and others feel like hell even when they raise them past 1000? the body can react to things in unexplainable ways. all im saying is i believe that most of the medical problems people are incountering today ( not just low T) is due to what we eat and how we live. i agree with many things that are said here, many doc's are not competent on the benifts of TRT, many are just scared tp prescribe it. and if you need TRT you should recieve it. and weather your on it or not i think there are numerous variables. for me when im on a normal diet drinking a bit, eating fast food a few times week i dont feel that good. i have had my T levels check several times over the last 20 years, have tried T inj, transdermal, w and w/o hcg ect. and i know theres much more going on that you can make scence of. but for me i have never felt better than when i was on a very low carb (other than fibuors vegie's), hi protien diet, supplimenting w/ flax-borage, vits, zinc, wieght traing and doing sprints (no long distance cario, which i know is good for the heart, but im sure it raises the cotisol, lowers the test and lowers my libido within weeks) but this is just what does it for me. what is a fact for anyone is that diet plays much more of a role than you can begin to imageing. i know i allot of guys feel good on TRT but many dont and if they do offten its only for a few weeks then it is a never ending cycle to get the right balance which never seems to last............ philip georgian <pmgamer18@...> wrote:I don't buy that for a min. Guest guest
You are entitled to your opinion but that is all it is. There is no data to support what your claming. I just don't feel you should state things like this when there not fact. Yes some men feel good at 300 and have a sex life. But sex is not what low T is about a lot of men have a sex life with low T. But a men with a level of 300 better get on TRT or later in life he will have bone loss and many other health problems to many to list. You need to go to the links and files section and read more about Hypogonadism. Do you have it are you on TRT are you one of us. Guest guest
What did I miss here? Where did Doctor Crisler " being a joke " have to do with the topic here? Is this the infamous Dr. Crisler basher rearing his head again under yet another alias??? Like it or not, men become hypogonadal for a number of reasons (I for example, from a hypercortisolism condition - and the hypogonadal state continued even after cortisol levels were brought to within normal ranges - part of the problem with aging in that all inter-related systems don't come fully back on line). Personally, TRT has been a godsend to me - and I didn't come close to getting it administered correctly until I went to see Dr. Crisler (and who is costing me less than when I was seeing my " regular " doctor - even though Dr C is not in my insurance plan (being out of state). So, please, remain on the primary topic and keep the bashing of individual doctors out of the picture... especially one who has done so much for the TRT field. Larry > > THIS IS SO TRUE. Guest guest
Chris Please submit a brand new thread to this forum... Explain your symptoms, your intial bloodwork results and any results thru today. Also include what meds you are on currently and anything you had taken and discontinued. writing a few lines about your bloodwork and stating you feel like crap isn't much to work with. chis_az <chis_az@...> wrote: Thanks to everyone who has decided to walk through this thread wiping their feet on the way!!! Guest guest
For some reason when you have people that are GOOD and care for there fellow men like Dr. does there is always some one out there that is BAD for there fellow man. This bashing of Dr. will get you no where hear at this group. If you can't say anything good about anyone then don't say anything. I for one can't thank Dr. enough for his help and Free Treatment Articles on his site and the web. His help has me feeling the best I ever felt in the 21 yrs. I have been on TRT. Thanks Again Dr. . Guest guest
I'll second that! I'm a patient of Dr 's, and he's been a god send. Under my Endo and PCP's care, I was a depressed couch potato who wanted nothingm ore than to just die. Dr got me back to a reasonable state of health, with just a little more E tweaking to be done. Highly recommend that if you haven't dealt with him you just keep the mouth closed about him. > Re: Re: Results on Restandol 16omgs a week > > >For some reason when you have people that are GOOD and care >for there fellow men like Dr. does there is always some >one out there that is BAD for there fellow man. Guest guest
Chis_az, Your responses sure have a flare of anger associated with them. Do you have a problem with anger? What are your T levels? Too high a dose can result in aggressiveness. We on this board are about the transfer of information. The proper protocol is to address issues in a non-antaganistic and compassionate reply. Put your issue on the table and lets talk about it, you won't always get the answer you want but such is life - roll with it. This thread was posted with an express and obvious intention of obtaining peoples views on MY results, instead most people have just wrote a whole load of horse sh1t to each other that has had nothing to do with my post. How ignorant can people get! Should I envite my friends around to your houses and ignore you? Maybe in future people can have the good grace to discuse their own matters in their own threads? and then maybe people can get the help and opinions they are actually here to try and obtain. > > > > > > THIS IS SO TRUE. Guest guest
Dan, It is quite simnple; I posted a thread about my results- " this thread " - four times before anyone responded. I have since had people hijack it to talk, argue and discuse everything from the effects of modern lifestyle and how it causes hypogonadism to the abilities of a given doctor- to the defence of indicated slighted doctor. It is just a total joke. Lets say you post a thread asking for people to help you out by giving their opinions on your TRT, but your posts are mostly ignored and then used to talk about all and sundry which has no baring at all on why you started the thread. Understand? P.S Yea I'm finding things difficult which was why I wanted peoples opinions in the first place. > > > > > > > > THIS IS SO TRUE.
