Hi, .

If your modus operandi for checking medical treatments you have never

heard of is to go to " Quackwatch, " you will be generally misinformed

about such treatments, and may well miss out on using treatments that

are more legitimate and that work better than " standard " treatments.

I scarcely ever bother to read what " Quackwatch " has to say about

anything.

If you will please go to the home page of this group, you will see

that the source you quoted with regard to C. is

uncategorically, diametrically, and absolutely opposed to everything

for which this board stands.

The only time I ever have mentioned Barrett and his

Quackwatch site was when I said, concerning a particular treatment

modality, about which I had serious questions, " I EVEN and most

unusually agree with Barrett and Quackwatch in this case. "

While I thank you very much for responding to my question and trying

to help me with regard to the Scio Machine, here is my opinion of the

source you quoted for supposedly discrediting Professor :

It is Barrett's/ " Quackwatch's " express, overweaning,

picayune, neurotic, maniacal, fraudulent purpose to discredit, in

just about any way he possibly can, EVERY SINGLE EXISTING METHOD OF

TREATING CANCER EXCEPT CHEMOTHERAPY, RADIATION AND SURGERY.

It is my opinion that Barrett may be indirectly responsible

for the deaths of many people who, without his " assistance, " might

have gotten well from cancer, but who are now dead.

Barrett is a hypocrite in that:

he tries to delegitimatize the medical or other degrees of other

people, while his own professionality is very much in question,

and

in that he never bothers to point out the terrible facts about the

dangers, the damage and the uselessness, in a great many cases, of

chemotherapy, radiation and surgery for cancer.

Have a look at the man's photograph. Abe Lincoln said that " after the

age of 40, every man is responsible for what his face looks like, "

and Barrett certainly has the face of a weasel. Mind you, this is

what he looks like at his BEST:

http://www.quackwatch.org/10Bio/bio.html Note the watery, rheumy eyes

and the long hair combed over the balding pate.

So, given what I believe Barrett is---a combination of a weasel and a

rat, fed weekly by Big Pharma, the AMA, the NCI and the American

Cancer Society---I am in no way whatsoever convinced by what he has

to say about the Scio machine that it or C. is

fraudulent.

It is the most assinine, hypocritical, two-headed, two-tailed kind of

nonsense for the " Medical Establishment " to brand someone who uses an

unorthodox form of medicine as " fraudulent " without ever giving that

form of medicine a chance to be legitimately tested, and to chase the

practitioner of that form of medicine out of the country, AND THEN to

use the fact that the person is not allowed to practice that form of

medicine in this country as a basis for " proof " that the form of

medicine they practice is fraudulent!
