Guest guest
I was not aware that synthetic Alpha Lipoic Acid [ALA] was being used in most vitamin etc products. For example, Swanson SWU136, 300mg, is half natural and half synthetic ALA. Here's a couple of web sites that give more info on the subject. Sounds like you do not want the Synthetic ALA but if you do take it, only for a short period of time. Am now looking for a source of all natural ALA, any sources? http://www.vrp.com/articles.aspx?page=LIST & ProdID=887 & qid= & zTYPE=2 http://www.umm.edu/altmed/articles/alpha-linolenic-000284.htm http://www.bestcasemedicine.com/Library/StabilizedDHLA.htm Joe ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Mobile.
