The Budwig Protocol would add pineapple and papaya for proteolytic

enzymes, also found in figs and kiwi fruit. Buckwheat is considered

very important for grains as well as quinoa. Brazil nuts for Selenium,

Flaxseeds for B17, fiber, Omega 3's and anti-tumor compounds, Pumpkin

seeds for good effects on the prostate, seeds (Hemp, Chia, broccoli)

for sprouts and beneficial oils, sauerkraut for ;probiotics, Coconut

oil for thyroid support, able to withstand heat for cooking,

medium-chain oils that are anti-bacterial, fungal, and viral, help in

weight loss and bowel function.

Are lentils, favas, and mung beans more alkaline than the other beans?

What about Adzuki beans?
