Buckwheat is considered very important for grains as well as quinoa. Brazil nuts for Selenium, Flaxseeds for B17, fiber, Omega 3's and anti-tumor compounds, Pumpkin seeds for good effects on the prostate, seeds (Hemp, Chia, broccoli) for sprouts and beneficial oils, sauerkraut for ;probiotics, Coconut oil for thyroid support, able to withstand heat for cooking, medium-chain oils that are anti-bacterial, fungal, and viral, help in weight loss and bowel function. Are lentils, favas, and mung beans more alkaline than the other beans? What about Adzuki beans?
