Guest guest
I have been EXTREMELY successful in controling the situation with my gall bladder - pain is a tremendous motivator!!!! I have been taking 200 mg of Lecithin along with Milk Thistle and Dandelion. The pain that was always there under my right " wing " in the back and at the top of my abdomen disappeared completely after the first day of taking Lecithin and Milk Thistle!!! I would NEVER have believed it had I not experienced it myself. I am also VERY careful what I eat. Lots of turkey and chicken and only " good " fats. The gall bladder needs some fat to cause it to contract. Avocado is good. Very little dairy, no raw vegetables except lettuce and tomato. Jello is good, too. No red meat at all. Fish has been a big help. I have made up my mind there will be no surgical cure so my only alternative in through diet. It works!! Believe me, it works and I feel so much better. -----Original Message----- From: Vanadeux [mailto:vanadeux@...] Sent: Friday, February 14, 2003 4:15 AM gallstones Subject: Fw: A Natural Solution 4 You - 02/13/03 ( I am passing a section of this newsletter to this group as it refers to gallbladders and cleansing) > *************** > FEATURED TOPIC > *************** > > GALL BLADDER QUESTION > > I received this question and wanted to share the answer with all of you: > > Question: I enjoy receiving your newsletter and wondered if I could pose a > question?
