Guest guest
Hi Mog, Good morning. I drink the powdered 6N1 formula with 6oz apple juice. I break open 3 capsules of charcoal and pour in it. Then add a dropper of liquid herbal extract of peppermint and a dropper of the liquid quit smoking formula, it has spearmint, lobelia, anise, mullein, valerian, chamomile, grindelia, dandelion and oatseed. I do that to try and kill the horrible taste of the 6n1. I also add oil of oregeno to get that in as well. What a breakfast cocktail! yuck! lol I will boil some ginger root and have a mug of that and two mugs of green tea. Then I will juice one piece of fruit and mix that with water. Since I got urinary tract pain after taking the Turkey Rhubarb I have 4oz of sugar free cranberry juice twice a day and I put my liquid ginko in that. Then the only other thing I have besides about 100oz of distilled water is two bowls of vegetable broth that I make. At night I have another 6n1 " cocktail " and then that's it. I am not taking any of the supplements that aren't liquid until this is over either. The 6n1 isn't causing me pain like the other things I have tried. But, I am extremely bloated and waiting for this to work before I get the other colonic. I am trying to walk and do yoga to help too. It feels like I am trying to pass a cinder block. Hope you are having a nice weekend. :-) > From: mogdrmom@... > > : What kind of juice are you drinking & how much of it daily? Guest guest
> Mike, Can you share with us what you took in. What kinds of vegetables, how much of each etc. And how long you fasted for. Thanks, Joyce > > btw: I recieve this list in digest. When there are responses and more responses and nothing gets deleted it becomes excessively long - and more work for me, and other who read it by digest to get to the stuff we want to look at. So could you all think about whether or not you really want all the previous messages in the post - thanks. Joyce Joyce, Please see my previous post for the answers to your first questions. I did only juice for 3 weeks or so (you can also eat melons). On the second issue, we have been trying to get people on this list to 'clean up' their messages by deleting the part of the message to which they are replying that is not relevant (you just highlight it and hit the delete button). I was getting the digest too, but know I just keep the website (messages subheading) in my favorites and read the messages that way. It lets you stop reading and go to the next message when you are ready. Give it a try, it is much better than getting the digest and have to scroll thru a message that contains 4-5 replies. Guest guest
Can anybody tell me about a juice fast? I am currently on the 3-4 day apple regime to cleanse toxins from my body, thanks to a recent post on this site. A local nutritionist once told me that I should do a 21 day juice fast to cleanse all of the toxins out of my body. Should I go into that after the 4th day on this? Is it beneficial for cancer? If so, can someone recommend a juicer that includes pulp in the juice, and is easy to clean that is as economical as possible? I bought a Jack LaLane juicer about a year ago and only used it a few times, because it is too difficult to clean and I felt like I was wasting half of the vegetables. Also, if I start to juice, do I include stems and leaves (for example, on raw beets....) or do I cut them off and peel it first? Thanks for your help!
