" I know I'm only 4 weeks into my journey with cancer (had my partial mastectomy 2 days ago and doing great today). My new life is all about what I eat and the supplements, natural treatments and exercises. Thanks for posting about your own diet etc. Cheese - oh how I miss cheese! We have a really great organic health food store near us and they carry an organic spread they call Cashew Cheddar. I'm happy to say that it's really quite like cheddar in taste. It's made from raw organic cashews, organic red bell pepper, organic onion, raw apple cider vinegar, nutritional yeast, sea salt and water.
