Guest guest
Now I am still fighting with candida and EB virus. This seems to respond to UV H2O2 therapy and photoilluminecient therapy but that costs 100 per treatment. An other suggestions, the EB virus is really draining me and I can't think right, feels like you always have the flu. Is there a quick alternative, my life has been a wreck for 9 months now and I want to get back. Thanks Matt Dear Matt, Eastpark manufactures an olive leaf extract purported to be much more effective than plain old standardized type, due to some way they have of making the active ingredient stay active in the blood for a much longer time. Many people have had sucess using it to combat stubborn viral infections. See www.eastpark.com Ellen

Guest guest
For candida, we use a product called Candistatin from Physiologics. It seems to work good. Of course a good " flora " product is also recommended, 45 minutes after meals. Depending on how bad it is, there may be more that is needed. For suppressing viruses, selenium, vit. C and monolauric acid work great. You can probably get selenomethianine and vit. C elsewhere, but the Monolaurin product, I'm not sure about. We sell these at our office. If you are interested contact me. We discount our products 25% and then just add actual shipping. These are the highest quality products only available from doctors. We find that they work better than the healthfood store variety. Ours is a chiropractic office. Guest guest
There are a variety of good things one could use, and I agree that a citrus (seed) extract is one of them. Guest guest
Thanks, I will try it. Also, I have gotten some relief from h202 and changing my diet to no sugar or fruit. It's tough however. This is a nasty pathogen. I believe I have had a problem with it for years and never knew it. I used to drink beer and then sweets for breakfast. Stopped this 4 years ago, but never knew I had a polluted colon or candida all over. Saul did suggest early on to me that Candida was at work. He was right. I have to imagine many people have this. It got so bad I almost went crazy. Someone asked how to identify the putrefied material comming out. Easy, it's like rubber. Guest guest
Barbara, I thought of adding commercial buildings to the list. It's a good idea but we need to separate the contaminated structures by " type " . Of course, the building owner's name (including homeowner) would not be mentioned. We've got to figure out a way to get testing houses involved. It's critical to let the general public know how common this problem really is. Guest guest
I think a systematic method of reporting where these occurances take place would be a benefit to many people. If I were able to document other places in my state (Nebraska) where similiar conditions produced documentable toxic mold growth, my on-going fight with the school district would be aided with additional ammunition. I am still facing an administration that thinks " these molds do not occur in this state " and that " they only occur after major flooding of a building " . I can see that knowing where contamination has occurred, could lead to the development of a local support group of victims and professionals. Just having a head start of who/where/when would be such an advantage and time saver! And, as Barbara has said, positive proof for the CDC! Sherry H. Guest guest
My son is 17 and has only had 2 visits with the therapist., This experienced therapist with a wonderful reputation that I've worked with professionally says my son is the most resistant kid he's met yet. He does not believe he has a problem or need help. He says he'll be happy when he gets what he wants: a perfect girlfriend and he can bench press his goal (315 and he weighs 135). So..... as you can see the OCD is alive and well with his goal setting. At any rate we (the therapist and parents) made the parents the bad guys and the therapist the good guy. He wants to talk to my son so that our family will work better together and be happier as a family. We don't talk about working on his problems (which he thinks he does not have) but how he can help him get us (the parents) off his back. This sounds weird, but I think he'll go for it. He enjoys the therapist as long as he doesn't get too personal. The personal will come later, but the therapist's plan is to come at the issues sideways by talking about goals, how to set them and how to reach them andhow to get along better with us " unreasonable " parents (how dare us ask him to talk to us, not have rages, go to school,etc.). Guest guest
Oh, Kat -regarding the shivering - that is sometimes the result of the anesthesia in your body. I've gotten it almost every time I;ve had surgery - and I am a veteran! LOL As long as there is no fever it is just uncomfortable. Sometimes accumulation of heavy duty pain meds causes shivering, too. (this is NOT scientific, just my own experience) Just have hubby at the ready to cover you when you're cold, and remove the covers when you heat up again. It should settle down in a day or two. Also - neosporin on your incision may make it feel a little better, though it won't relly help the tightness much. I still feel that after 8 months! ) Jackie

Guest guest
Gail - I'm not going, but I have heard from a lot of other parents that they're going. My sister and I went to the first annual Milestones and were able to meet with a lot of service providers, and I ran into a lot of parents that I already knew. I'm sure it will be a profitable time for you if you can go. Please let us know what you thought of it when you come back! Guest guest
I have been drinking 4oz. a day to start, and have just increased to 8oz. after 1 week. I have very severe Psoriatic Arthritis. I am actually worried that I will have flair ups from the KT because I read that people with PA should avoid vinegar, and acidic foods. I have noticed a few scales this week and I'm hoping its not because of the KT. Does anyone have any thoughts/info on this? I don't want to abandon my new KT habits! Guest guest
Give it 3 weeks. If you don't see the flare ups start to subside then discontinue use. In the meantime cut back 2 ounces and drink more water. Many aliments become worse during the first month of detox. But after that, assuming consuption intake is not still ramping up you should see a turn around. - Len Re: Digest Number 426 I have been drinking 4oz. a day to start, and have just increased to 8oz. after 1 week.
