Guest guest
I've had some symptoms recently of gallstones -- I think -- I press on my abdomen about an inch below the ribs and about an inch to the right of the center line and there is a dull pain there that radiates throughout the right side of my back... I'm hoping this is just gallbladder problems. At any rate, I decided to do a flush. I didn't do the 5 days of apple juice drinking because I have been taking magnesium malate every day, and I am assuming the malate in that combination has the same effect as apple juice. Besides, Mike says that his experience shows that the 5 days of apple juice may not be necessary. So I cleaned my system out twice with magnesium sulphate. Due to some sort of bug I have had the last few days, I haven't eaten anything in the last two days except two cups of yogurt and probiotics. The magnesium sulphate flushed me out completely, to the point where I was passing clear fluid. I then downed about 10 ounces of extra virgin olive oil and 12 ounces of organic grapefruit juice last night. This morning I had a movement that was the color of gallstones -- bright emerald green -- brilliant emerald green -- but it was pure liquid! (Or the consistency of applesauce). Not a stone to be seen. Is this what is called " sludge " ? Or is it just the natural result of the body trying to digest 10 ounces of olive oil? I have an illeostomy, so whatever came through me did not make its way through the large intestine, where most water would have been removed. Perhaps this is where " stones " are actually formed after a gall bladder flush? I don't know. Due to muscle cramping this morning I did not take more magnesium sulphate as recommended, but was forced to eat a banana instead (this was after passing the emerald green stuff). The banana made the cramps go away, so I guess I had washed too much potassium out of my body. Now I am wondering if I should repeat this procedure tonight?
