Guest guest
1) Before I get out of bed in the morning, I do 150 " crunches. " If I get out of bed before doing them, I may well not get them done that day. The crunches get my blood flowing and help wake me up. They stimulate intestinal peristalsis, which nearly always causes me to have a bowel movement soon after I get out of bed. They keep my stomach flat, which makes me feel good, and which is good for digestion and peristalsis. 2) I drink about 16 ounces or more of water right after getting out of bed. That of course rehydrates me from the night before, and also helps peristalsis. 3) I make sure, throughout the day, to eat and drink enough " green stuff, " kale, collards, spinach, dandelion greens, barley green, chlorella, cilantro, chard, watercress, chlorella, spirulina, alfalfa, sea vegetables, broccoli, celery, etc, etc, that---please excuse me for getting graphic, but this is VERY IMPORTANT---my bowel movements are green. They more resemble the bowel movements of a cow or horse than they do those of a 21st century " modern " American. 4) Because of my very green diet, I have at least 3 bowel movements a day, and I am more and more coming to believe that having at least 3 healthy, GREEN bowel movements a day is one of THE BUILDING BLOCKS of maintaining good health. 5) I also drink PLENTY of purified water daily and rebound for at least 20 minutes each day. Those, too, are BUILDING BLOCKS of good health, I believe. It's not complicated. It's about dedication and giving up some " good- tasting " things for the tremendous benefits received.
