drinking water

I'd appreciate suggestions regarding drinking water.

I had been using a faucet filter from Purity, then recently bought a distiller.

Problem is the distiller produces water that tastes 'odd'. I realize some change

is expected due to the missing minerals and contaminants (hopefully).

Interestingly, when I switched from bottled water bought at the healthfood

store, to the Purity filter, it also took some getting used to. I just hope I'm

not trying to acclimate to something that's harmful.

I've read good and bad opinions about reverse osmosis, in addition to the

pricey-ness of the models I've looked at.

At this point my taste buds are confused, and so am I.

Thanks,

Bill
