It has to be alkaline or a person gets very sick and soon dies. I got my pH off the scale at one point and the cancer in my neck just kept growing. Also, I wonder about spending good money on a " water alkalizing machine " when one can add just a little baking soda to one's water if one wants to make it alkaline. Again, I feel that if we just eat a good diet with plenty of vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds and good oils, and drink reverse osmosis water or spring water, we need not worry about how " alkaline " the body is. My opinion. Elliot
Guest guest
And, I've heard from an ND who had a patient who was TOO alkaline, so much so that some brain functions eventually went awry and the fellow was institutionalized.. Too much of almost anything is BAD for us!! I did the " cesium high pH protocol " a couple years ago, and I got my pH to 8+(off the scale), and I got dizzy, very nauseous, ran a fever and the tumor in my neck did not stop growing. The body must maintain a very narrow pH range or it suffers terribly or dies. That is why I suggest we eat healthfully and not, as the fellow you mention did, get bent out of shape about " alkalizing " our bodies. I consistently have a salivary pH of at least 7.6, usually higher, and I do not do anything more than eat my diet of lots of vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, oils + algae and alfalfa tablets + lots of reverse osmosis water + regular, moderate daily exercise and avoid unnecessary stress. My pH takes care of itself. Best of health, Elliot
