Guest guest
I am sure that Dan will appreciate your interest and your concern. He is on this list so I am reluctant to speak for him although I'm sure he wouldn't mind. He will probably give details about his experience. He is going through the hyperthermia treatment now and he reports that it is all very comfortable. He has been able to bring the internal regional temperatures up to 44C. He has had his disappointments though. He very much would have liked to have vitamin C infusions during the treatments, but the Chinese physicians did not seem to be familiar or comfortable with this modality. Dan is doing what he can to bring information to the Chinese staff, especially information that we have provided on the various synergists available for improving outcomes. To this end I have been invited to go to China during the first week of May, but I don't yet know if this is possible. Dan is also working to make these treatments available for international patients who could do the treatments at a reasonable price. Hopefully we can arrange to have a device in the San Diego area. We provide whole body hyperthermia at this time. At 05:49 AM 3/4/2008, you wrote: >Has anyone heard from Dan in China. Guest guest
Hi All I have now recieved 5 of the ten treatments sessions I am scheduled for on the BSD2000 focused Hyperthermia machine in Dalian China. In the USA the clinical trials for this machine include either Radiation or Chemotherapy to be given with the Hyperthermia. Here in China its the same, but here at least I have a choice, I refused both. I had hoped to get Intravenous Vitamin C with each treatment session. Unfortunately this hospital in China will not give the Vitamin C infusion because it is not listed for use on any disease here.We are working to get this accepted. There is a Chinese equivalent of the FDA . I hope we dont have to get entangled in that. I wanted to have something in my body that could get to the tumor as the heat increased the blood flow. So I took 360 mg of Artemisinin about an hour before the last treatment. Any improvement can now be attributed to the Hyperthermia ( and Artemisinin) alone. We are treating a troublesome tumor on the spine that is causing pain. Immediately after the last session there was an impressive reduction in all symptoms that lasted for 24 hours. That was unexpected so soon and gives an indication that something good is going on. At the end of the treatment we will take another scan to see how much of the tumor has been eradicated. This is really an excellent chance to use this therapy on a tumor that has never been exposed to Chemo or radiation. We are working to clear the way through officialdom, so that Vince can come here and introduce the Doctors to powerful alternatives to Chemo and Radiation that can be added to the Hyperthermia. I personally have declared war on my own cancer. We achieved a condition of " stable disease " using alternative methods and diet,. I have outlived the average " life expectancy " but I am no longer content with that. I want rid of it. I know that stage four cancer with nultiple mets to the bones has a very poor prognosis. There are literally tumors everywhere on my upper skeleton. New doctors viewing my scans for the first time take a very dim view of my chances. On any morning I wake up I never know if I will be able to stand or not until I give it a try. On any morning I wake up cancer could have taken hold in the lungs, liver, spleen or any of the soft tissue. It seems to me that if the tumor growth can be stopped then it also can be destroyed. Thats my goal. More later. Dan On Tue, 04 Mar 2008, " VGammill " said: > I am sure that Dan will appreciate your interest and your > concern. Guest guest
Thank you for the update, Dan! Wow! You are an inspiration to all of us, I believe. And here I thought I had left no stone unturned in fighting the cancer with which I am diagnosed! I certainly never thought of going to China! I am praying for all the things you mentioned in your message, Dan--- that you can stand up in the morning, and walk and ambulate easily! That you and those working with you can very soon get the Chinese doctors to administer IV C along with the hyperthermia. That will soon arrive and will be able to show the doctors the new modalities they can use in conjunction with the hyperthermia. That you do indeed get rid of the cancer and that you go on to live out a normal lifespan. Blessings and very best wishes for your return to normal health as soon as possible, Elliot
