Here is what looks like one of the best if not the best Curcumin on the market,

it has high bioavailability. Each 400 mg capsules of Super Bio-Curcumin is

equivalent to 2772 mg of a typical 95 % curcumin extract. You would have to take

7 of 400mg 95% curcumin caps to equal one of the Super Bio-Curcumin.
