Guest guest
The subject of Cancer Centers keeps coming up and the consensus of opinion and comments usually comes down to that these are mostly glorified Conventional Centers. They must, out of necessity, conform to the 'gold standards', meaning the accepted practices of conventional oncology. Of course they add a few wrinkles such as improved diet and emotional approaches, however they are conventional houses of worship. Simply put, they are but another part of the war on cancer and like all other wars, they fail the people they are claiming to help. The war on cancer, going on for more than 40 years, has failed! It is rare to hear the, " we are two years away from curing cancer " . That was regularly thrown at us during the first thirty years of the war but it became old and tiresome. Now they regularly break into the news with some 'new' finding with promising results while telling us it will be years before human trials can begin. They don't have a clue. Joe C.
