Guest guest
I am on record as saying I would welcome back. I think he presented a point of view that was not otherwise expressed here. However, many of you were not here during his time. He made statements such as " Having a child is a selfish act " . He sometimes quoted dubious sources and presented their work as fact when, in reality, some of these sources were just selling the goods that they were touting. One time he endorsed taking massive doses of Vitamin C and when the moderator said that there were studies showing that massive doses could be harmful, replied " Stop quoting that study... " . These are just a few examples of some of the things that lead to being banished. The moderator who banished him was not paid to be a moderator (none of us are) and they put in countless hours editing this list in order that others may benefit. The moderator was correct in banning at the time if the moderator felt that was being deceitful to others or disrespectful of dissenting points of view. IT WAS NOT DAVID'S BELIEFS THAT LEAD TO THE BANISHMENT - IT WAS THE WAY HE TREATED SOMEONE WHO SHOULD HAVE BEEN TREATED WITH RESPECT. Kathy F.
