Guest guest Posted April 1, 2004 Report Share Posted April 1, 2004 Hi everyone, I am sure alot of you know this already, but, I feel I have made a wonderful discovery about my PA symptoms vs the amount of rest I get. I used to stay up later than I should watching TV because of my need for alone time and also aches and pains. Anyway, a few weeks ago I gave up television in the evenings and started going to bed between 8-9pm. I started feeling so much better...like my old self. Anyway, a few days ago, I slipped back to my old habits in going to bed late and I STARTED TO FLARE AGAIN! I felt terrible! I finally put two and two together. Last night I went to sleep early and things seem to be easing up as far as my symptoms go. I just wanted to share this with everyone.
